The problem is why may capital usd value drop from 450$ to 16$ just after redeem ?? What is redeem  for ?

BTC can only go 8 decimal places after 1 whole. (0.00000001 or 1 sat). It can not go any lower, but the price of a coin, can. Pairings such as DOGE/LTC/USD/etc show the true price of any coin that goes lower than 1 sat.

At the time of redemption, old PAC was 0.0000000022 (which is 2.2/10 of 1 sat if BTC had 10 decimal places). We said from the beginning that new $PAC would be x1000 of the old PAC price, and that is exactly what we did. At the time, 2.2/10 of 1 sat was $0.000022. New $PAC was listed at just over x1000 at $0.03. It has since fallen lower.

So in clearer words, there's nothing we can do to recover what we lost besides praying right?

Hi, I bought PAC coins on cryptopia a couple of months ago and today after logging in to check my balance, I saw that my number of coins got divided by 1000.... I read this thread to see if I could get some informations about that, but it's still not clear to me if I lost almost all my funds (-91%) or if there's something to do to get my coins back? Thanks
