Besides value appreciation of Prismacoin you can use it to pay cheaply for services and fees. For lending you need Prismacoin to participate. This all will lead to an increase of the price of Prismacoin (PRIS).

Hey indo1, thanks for your question. PRISMA will employ several mechanisms which stabilize the lending platform. To be named are:

• Lending feedback-loop: Our feedback-loop will optimize the lending profits for investors while trying to dampen lending peaks as much as possible by adjusting the interest rates.
• Reasonable interest rates: The lending interest rates in our system are reasonable high (up to 0.8 %), but not too high. Other lending platforms have interest rates as high as 1.5 % or even higher, which is not sustainable in the long-term.
• The resonator: It gathers excess funds from service fees to support the lending system in times of high lending volume and low service fee income. Normal lending platforms would crash is such a scenario.
• Temporal lending cap: If things are heating up and there is an extremely high influx of new lenders, the lending amount will be capped so that no new lenders can join (for the moment). Normal lending platforms would crash at this point, PRISMA will survive such a situation. As soon as things cool down and service fee income outperforms the outgoing lending revenue again, the lending cap is lifted, so that new users can join.
• Because the sooner one gets into PRISMA lending the higher the chance is to get into the lending program (as at some point the cap may be temporarily employed), the value of Prismacoin will - according to our model - rise faster than other lending coins and will stay high as there is an incentive to hold Prismacoin to be part of the eligible lenders in case of a lending cap. And if there is no need to activate the lending cap, that means that the ratio of outgoing lending profits and incoming service fee income is healthy, leading to a value appreciation of the platform as stable lending is demonstrated. Either way, our resilient system will maneuver around all market obstacles we could think of leading to steady profits for our investors.
