I can't say anything about this particular ICO. To do this, you need to study the materials for the project. But overall, the ICo market is experiencing not the best times.  I do not invest in ICO projects in principle.

This coin will be very difficult to compete even with the coins of the"second tier". Given the decline in the market over the past few months, achieving these goals will be even more difficult.

Fortunately, the idea of cashless society will never become a reality. The economy needs real money to ensure economic growth. In addition, fiat money and cryptocurrencies have fundamentally different functions.

Investing in a ponzi scheme and not losing money is an unreal task. This is initially a fraudulent scheme. According to statistics, you are likely to lose by investing in such projects.

I learned about bitcoin in 2012. Unfortunately, I did not take this information seriously and did not buy bitcoins then. Maybe it was influenced by fears that the state will not like it)

I try not to ask "why". If bitcoin is banned in any country, you can always find another jurisdiction. In addition, it is easy, given the anonymity of the bitcoin network.

I look which team is involved in the project and whether they have any particular product. If we talk about bounty campaigns, we need to see what percentage of tokens they are ready to allocate. If more than 1.5%, it is too suspicious.

I guess that mining will be relevant for a long time. Another question is the profitability of mining. I advise you to turn to serious professionals who will set up the equipment and prompt on the mining of specific coins.

It seems to me that it is possible to send part of Ethereum into promising tokens. But it has to be a small part. The rest of the coins can be hold. Another part can be invested in real estate.

I am quite sure that there will still be positive news on bitcoin. The most important thing is to have bitcoins on your account by that time, and not try to catch up with the departing train.

Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits?

I do not agree with this position. It seems to me that bitcoin carries much more investment opportunities than risks. The most important risk in our time is to invest nothing and hope for a state pension.

Re: £500 to spend, on Ether or Bitcoin?
by
PSL
on 31/05/2018, 14:05:22 UTC
You can distribute this amount between bitcoin and ether. But I prefer a different approach. Its essence is that you invest a certain amount in cryptocurrencies on a monthly basis, regardless of their current value. And it gives you an optimal average price.

It goes without saying that  everyone should take care of his future retirement. The state at all desire won't be able to provide us pension. Investing in cryptocurrencies is a great opportunity, but you need to combine it with other investment tools.
