Most of the cryptocurrencies with no use case will just disappear with time, only the ones with actual usecase and dedicated community will survive.

Maybe they're decreasing for the reason, there's a lot of uncertainty around those icos right now and most of the Icos are just failing.

I don't believe these ico rating websites cause I don't think they're doing unbiased ratings, they're somehow biased on their ratings and in some cases they're also incentivised to do those things.
