The coins moving is me, there was an issue after withdrawing the unsold coins that I have never encountered before and despite my efforts working with the Vexcoin dev until late last night they have not been fully resolved.
My normal procedure for coin destruction is to withdraw the coins to a wallet under my direct control, then send the coins to a similar address on a different coins blockchain thus destroying them as there is no private key after the send. Everything was going fine until the last few deposits (I have to withdraw from C-CEX in chunks ~700k or less) basically transactions became conflicted and some didn't reach my wallet at all.

We tried the easy methods of deleting the blockchain then redownloading and still these coins remained stuck and conflicted. Here is a snippet of my conversation with the dev last night:

[12:59:15 PM] Pride C-CEX: ok I give up, i'm torching this wallet later as long as the supply is gone then no big deal.

So then we tried using "-rescan" to make the coins send/confirm and this didn't work. We then tried the method "-zapwallettxes" and this did not have any effect either. So then I tried send and receiving coins to move them all over as I am completely out of ideas on why this occurred and what could resolve it. None of these worked either. I think the best thing at this stage is to just destroy the wallet.dat/private key and they will be destroyed but always remain on blockchain.

These coins will be gone from circulation, the devs post and coin count in circulation is accurate so in essence though this anomaly happened nothing changed from the original end of ICO other than providing people with ammo for fud/worry.


tl;dr

Coins became conflicted during coins transfer to a local wallet for destruction, due to this happening the coins will be destroyed by deleting the wallet.dat that contains them thus removing them from circulation.

Sorry but this is such an obvious scam. There are so many holes in this ruse it looks like Swiss cheese.

I Dont know where people get this idea that a business is going to buy up 100k coin for whatever they list them at.. Any business that has 1 million to throw around is going to get the coins as cheaply as possible. The Idea that the will just clear the Sell orders is just naive. They will put in a buy order and wait for people to sell just like any smart investor. I'm not saying there not going to invest in the company and brand, but seriously this We're gonna make you rich mentality is kinda dumb. If making other people rich was a good business practice you'd see money flowing in the streets. Be reasonable, if you like this coin and the company that maybe coming it Great! If your thinking you going to make Thousands of dollars as simply a "Coin Holder".. you will be disappointed.
