LOL! Near protocol isn't really that close enough or near to POLKADOT's power when its 100 parachains go live. Polkadot can do 1 million TPS and that's coming right from Dr. Gavin Wood's mouth. Polkadot is actually the blockchain against maximalism.

Actually the scalability problem of ETH was already solved by ETH's cofounder himself in the name of Dr. Gavin Wood but unfortunately, he already left ETH and made eth 2.0 with its name POLKADOT

Because ETH only processes 13 transactions per seconds so the network becomes congested which requires more power from miners to validate transactions. ETH is a pain in the ass for small time investors or retail investors that is why there are lots of alternative blockchains today that offer fast and lower gas fees.

In other words, ETH sucks AF.

Been part of this forum with my girlfriend since 2017 and almost all of the bounty campaign that we participated turned out to be a SCAM. We even think that this project is one of them so we just withdrawn our participation in signature campaign a month after. But we was wrong. Just yesterday, i checked my old and almost forgotten wallet and also my girlfriend's wallet and I was really surprised that it has a value of 2,700 USD and 3,600 USD respectively and and it was all coming from Modex Token.

We are really happy and decided to sell it all. I know this project has great potential in the future so i i'll just keep an eye on this one too.

Few months passed since i opened this post of mine and yes, until now, bounty campaign for Polkadot is nowhere to be found except for bug bounty. That's also the reason that pushes me to just invest instead of waiting for a bounty that is unlikely to happen. With no regrets, i am now happy with my ROI and passive daily income from staking DOT.

For those who asked about my signature, i actually do it in dedication to Polkadot's vision and technology in bringing blockchain into a whole new level towards WEB3.0.

Congrats to those who invested early and i do believe it's not yet too late to get in since Polkadot's price now is just the beginning as its price is expected to skyrocket even higher when the parachain auction will expect to commence this quarter.

Never visited my post for a quite some time and glad to hear about your comments guys. Yeah, it's really early to say about what Polkadot can deliver in the cryptoworld but its current position in the market place now and all the projects under its pipeline is somehow making a strong case that his crypto is indeed a real competitor for eth considering ethereum's high gas fees, slow TPS due to its bottleneck network and is not interoperable.

It's been a while since i posted this and i was not so surprise about the price action of Polkadot and its current position now flipping XRP and ADA in the 4th place just a couple of minutes ago as of this writing. I think Polkadot can even reach half of ETH's market cap few months from now.

Ngayon ko lang ulit naopen account ko dito sa BTC forum since nagpost ako nito. Matagal na rin kasi ako hindi aktibo dito sa forum na to at bumalik lang ako dito nung ngpost ako nito kasi isa rin ako sa mga nasurpresa sa biglaang pagsipot ng crypto na 'to sa top 10. Alam namn nating matagal na sa cryptoworld yung nasa top 10 kaya di talaga ako magtaka kung bakit ako masurprise at macurious na rin.

At sa aking pananaliksik, isa nga siyang kakaibang uri ng crypto na multichain na nagbibigay solusyon sa problema ng eth patungkol sa scalability at interoperability. Mas naiinganyo  ako lalo nung nalaman kong co-founder pala ng ethereum ang gumawa nito na siya ring gumawa ng Solidity programming language for smart contract ng ETH pati na rin sa yellow paper patungkol sa EVM.

Sa lahat nga mga nag-invest nung 3-5$ pa lang ito, congrats lahat sa inyo at sa tingin ko hindi pa huli ang lahat kasi kaya nman nitong abutin ang 100$ realistically in time.

At sa nagtanong kung paid promoter ba ako ng Polkadot, hindi po. Isa lang po ako sa mga nag.iinvest at namangha sa technology nito kaya ko kusang ginawa ang signature na yan para sa Polkadot.

I believe that investors of Polkadot ICO where the very lucky investors since the ICO was launched few years ago. How i wish that there's a bounty for this project but i found nothing except for their bug bounty that is far beyond my skills. With a project such this that is well funded and with so much hype, i can only hope less for them to offer bounties like i used to participate in this platform.

Bruh, Polkadot devs has nothing to do with DOT redenomination as Polkadot uses a sophisticated governance mechanism that allows it to evolve gracefully over time at the ultimate behest of its assembled stakeholders. With that being said, the redenomination is made by the token holders through votation and not by devs' decision which is something that some high profile cryptos are lacking - governance.

You can read the outcome of the DOT redenomination as it shows the split of 100x of DOT's original total supply. With this result, i don't see any "shady" or "bad practise" as oppose to what you are saying, IMHO.

As the market is still in the bearish trend until now, it's hard to tell whether a bull run is about to happen before December ends. But i am glad that some of the alts just stuck on its price and i believe it's only a matter of time that when the bull run starts, everyone who patiently give time and hodl their cryptos will pay off.
