Yes you must hold the tokens in your private wallet. Either MEW or imtoken or any compatible ERC20 wallet. If you leave your tokens at exchange you will not get anything. And ontop of that you must hold a specific amount on your wallet monthly to be eligible.

Note the reserve 400k token will not be sold but a certain amount will be deducted monthly and shared to token holders with specific amounts of token in their wallet  for free

 i will explain why, its max supply is 1 million, for this year there will be only 500k in circulation as dev has said it will take 3 years to complete 2nd phase which means after 3 years it can reach max supply not before, so at current price 1$, its marketcap would be 1 x 500,000 = $500k which is too low as there will be more demand than supply in 2nd phase i.e only specific holders will get free dalc and market wont be flooded with new supply, theres going to be atleast 4 exchanges which means more liquidity, also dev has plans for bittrex which will be a great push, hence if you multiply its marketcap to 100$ thats 500,000 x 100 = 50 million which is pretty reasonable and not even high. i can see it easily go a few hundred millions in marketcap in 3 years

the question is why its still cheap? answer is my friend you are lucky to discover it early as this coin isnt ICO and will grow eventually within community like bitcoin did
