OMG, meltdown. I had a small meltdown incident with risers on a gpu rig. Nothing dangerous, but it was complicated and annoying to repair. Hopefully I have learned my lesson.

I didn't even consider running three rigs with two on low power, very clever!

Ok, thank you, I could not remember "pdu" and my searches weren't turning up anything useful!

I had a special line installed by an electrician: 2 pole 30 amp receptacle which has 5760 watts available.

s19 = 3250W
s15 = 1600W

So anyway, I thought I saw some forked cables around or maybe there is some kind of two prong power strip for 30amp? Do I need a pdu? Is it meant to smooth erratic power? I think I have a good steady supply.


 

Hello, I have a couple of s15 miners that were hosted previously. Also interested in buying an s19. Anyway, I'm wondering how to safely plug two miners into one plug. Maybe I remember some years ago a PMS was mentioned on the forum? Or maybe there is just some forked cabling?
