URSAY,

It looks like the bitcoins have finally shown up in my wallet. However I would like to open up another ticket as the bitcoins I received are about half the amount I was expecting. I don't think the bitcoins reflect the market price at my time of purchase, also I am under the impression per the BitInstant website that the fees would be waived due to the wait as well. PM me if you have any questions or need anymore information. Thanks...

I'm having the same problem but I feel like I'm being ignored.

Yeah that seems to be the case with everyone with this problem.

I got mine yesterday as promised, but not at the correct exchange rate. Still, thanks again URSAY. Unfortunately, now I'm having problems with Bitfloor. Ugh.

Wow! Just checked my email and I got an email from bitinstant. Checked my order status and it says it has been executed.
Should be getting my coins in an hour or so..but everything seems to be working fine now.
Mine came through too. Except at a price higher than what I paid... Lost another $8 on top of fees.

Support list for 4/7

I am also logging many issues from Facebook.  Submitting support requests via all channels slows things down.  Please be reasonable, submit your request in 1 place, and be patient.  Thanks!  Cheesy

Thank you for addressing my issue. Can you give me some clarification on what being on the support list means, when will our issue be resolved, and will we be refunded the value of the coins we have lost? When i placed my order the price was roughly $156. It has risen almost $20 resulting in a $60 loss.
Definitely curious about this too...

Hi, I also am having a problem with receiving the coins from a cash transaction through moneygram.

I went back in my browser history to the quote page, and if that worked correctly this is the information:

Quote ID is: b8c74966-1815-4fdb-acd0-235b21c8e0dc

Event ID is: 8f44a25b-d328-4fcd-975f-502e98b9da1e

I don't know if it's safe to post the moneygram reference #, so i won't unless you ask.

I've done several seamless transactions in this exact same way to this exact same address, and it's usually been pretty quick.  so far it's been 9 hours and i haven't received either bitcoins or any emails from BitInstant.

I was able to go back to my browser history as well and find my Quote ID. Others may have the same luck as I did.
d0d8ea70-dffb-44c1-bed6-b3c4596bebcf
It says that my order is loading, and it has been for a while.

I had no luck. My payments went through https://www.cashpayment.com/
and they sent me a payment slip to print out and bring to deposit. That payment slip does not contain any quote ID on it.

Same here. If nothing else, there are a lot of us with this exact problem.

Closing out the support list for 4/7.  If you post after this point I will speak directly with you tomorrow about logging your issue.  Thanks!  Cheesy
Thanks for getting me... Obviously something is going on if there are simultaneously 10+ issues with the same service.

I'm not really sure what information to post, but here's what's going on with me:

First time bitcoin user. I created an account on blockchain.info, and used their cash deposit process through bitinstant to deposit $300 to my account via moneygram (at Walmart). I completed the transaction, took the zipzap form to Walmart, and made the deposit. By the time I got home I had an email saying it had gone though, but I still don't have any money in my account.

It's been four or five hours. The only emails I received about this (at all), is one ZipZap email as a payment slip and a second email from ZipZap saying it was completed. I never received any emails from blockchain.info or BitInstant.

What information can I use to check on this? There's nothing in my Blockchain.info account about it. All I really have is the account number and receive code from the ZipZap email.

Honestly, this is kind of a turn off being my first experience with bitcoin in general Undecided As someone who's fairly tech savvy I can't imagine someone who isn't doing this. Hard to see widespread acceptance when you can't even deposit money at Walmart without problems.

Edit: I see people are asking for ZipZap Acct number. Mine is: 491869913

I've done this method many times and it always works, as advertised, in a matter of minutes. This is the first time there's been a nerve wracking delay. :\

Thanks for your vigilance... I unfortunately do not know where I could find an Order ID. The BitInstant > ZipZap transition from Blockchain doesn't really work in the same fashion as I think going directly from BitInstant.com

Hoping you're familiar with the process to see if you know what I'm referring to...

zipzap acct. #?

Hey everyone,

Hate to even have to post this. I've been "Bitcoining" for awhile now, but this is the first time I've had any issues.

I used my Blockchain.info wallet > Cash Deposit > BitInstant > ZipZap Moneygram

I've used this method many times in the past and it is always instantaneous and convenient. It's now been over an hour since my payment at Walmart and there is no sign of the coins in my wallet at all.

What information do you need from me? I have a copy of my MoneyGram, Walmart Receipt with Reference #, Printed Payment slip, etc. All information double and triple checked to be accurate to the Payment slip. Paid with debit so it was "exact change".

Help! This is scaring me. :\

Thanks!
