I am very disappointed with the response we have received so far, but we will soldier on.

You can't even do an effective find/replace and you expect people to support this boondoggle?

This is not a scam, i can't tell you enough how much we want this to work.

I can't tell you enough how much I want to win the lottery.

Why don't you go ahead and provide some actual proof of airline interest?  Or of the proceedings of talks with major exchanges?  Ooh, hey, or how about some information on this X22 algo?  You claim your developer is an Android guy, but apparently he's got the chops to create a new algorithm too?  And how is it "based predominantly on the Android OS" when your developer is GPU mining?

How about just some proof of *anything* to make people believe this isn't a total scam.

done!

dear miners, if you have some questions etc..please let us know at admin@dwarfpool.com or support@dwarfpool.com or by PM, so we can manage it much faster!

Yeah, geez ltcnim, had you just e-mailed them, they could have gotten it implemented in LESS than 3.5 hours.  Wink

Dwarfpool already had my business, but quick responses to things like this will certainly keep it!  Now let's find that jackpot!

What hash rate do Gforce cards get on SHA3, MAXcoin for example?

Haven't tried it myself, but according to the info here (http://cudamining.cc/url/configurations), it looks like about 150Mh/s on a 750Ti.

For reference, my 4 750Ti rig does about 22Mh/s on JPC and only draws about 240W total.

NICE........ My hash rate went from 12MH to 19 on my 4 290s.  Will be mining to your JPC today as payment.  Hashharder.

Yeesh, that's still pretty rough. Surely there are better mining options for AMD cards.

so i guess, now my rig just consume more electricity nice...lol

10% more electricity for 60% more hashes?  I'll take that ratio.  Wink

I wake up late today because of Saturday. Check TAC and wonder how does the diff increase 30%. So it turns out that Christian is the culprit again.  Grin
With this again we leave AMD users in the dusts. Feel so bad for them.

AMD also got a significant boost in nist5 with the 14.6beta drivers as well.  Not as significant as ccminer v1.1, but still pretty good.

What params do people use to get 3Mh/s on X11 algo with a 750ti ?
I have this but can be wrong:
Code:
./ccminer -t 1 -a x11 -s 1 -o http://myurl:aport -u user  -p x

I have compiled ccminer from the official git and i'm using ubuntu.
Sorry if the question was already asked but it's very hard to find something in this very very long thread.

You won't get 3Mh/s on a 750Ti.  2.2 with a healthy overclock is about as good as it gets right now.

the priority is new stuff such as cryptonote, wild keccak, there is no real future in X13 (just look where is boostcoin now, it lasted a week)

Well, then a more flexible miner that can accept loading of various kernels is clearly the answer.

What about failover support? Would really like to be able to lease rigs.

+1

I think I'd rather see this as a priority over X13, especially since X13 will probably settle down to X11-ish rates by the time someone gets this completed.

I don't have a whole lot to contribute, but I'd throw 0.02BTC into a bounty for an NVIDIA miner with cudaMiner/ccMiner performance and true failover support.  I'd up it to 0.03BTC if it added X13 support with a reasonable level of performance.

In Trixx you have to disable ULPS (and possibly modify some registry keys).

In Afterburner, you have to edit the MSIAfterburner.cfg file using notepad and cut and paste a EULA sentence in there (unless you use the beta or if the beta has turned into a stable release):

http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=338906

That still doesn't allow you to go any lower.

From what I've seen of people able to go below 685, they're running more than one card.  So just a guess, but us single card users might not be able to go any lower.

Re: My initial Radeon HD 7970 mining benchmarks

Around 675, iirc their peak efficiency is above 90%. So ~610 watt at the meter is what I'd consider safe.

D3, I think you might have your numbers backwards.  Power at the wall is always higher than the power supplied.  Power supplied is what the PSU is rated for.

Plus, peak efficiency is typically around 50-60% load.  And I don't think there's any 750W Corsair PSU with that kind of efficiency.

Since he didn't actually say what model it is, I'm going to assume a TX750 V2.

Quality review here:
http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=230

So at the power draw he's at, he's MAYBE getting 85% efficiency.  So 790W draw at the wall is about 670W supplied by the power supply, or a little less than 90% of the power supply's maximum capability.  It's not the most optimal situation, but he's well within the capability of the PSU.  If it was a lesser brand, I'd be concerned, but I wouldn't be too worried about the Corsair unit.

You cannot find it because what he says is not true, I've been running with 12.1 eversince it came out, Nothing changed as far as OverClocking is concerned.
Just use MSIa, It has a backwards compatable "bug" in thier "unofficial overclocking" that allows you to Attempt to set Any clock to Anything

win7x64 Cat 12.1 SDK 2.6
crossfire6870 990core 490mem <---Sweet spot for mining
Hell, for awhile i had the cards running at 1020 core and 300mem because i was told 300mem was the best, It's the Most Common best, It's quite specific for the cards.

CGminer also changes clocks Flawlessly
I also hear (NEVER TOUCHED) that Shappire Trix is a good tool.

Doesn't seem to work for the 7970, though.  The slider won't go below 685 memory clock.

driver 12.x needs a hack in the register to make the memory and proper downclocks possible
google for it you only have to edit one line in register to make it work

Any hints on where to find this info?  I must be using the wrong Google terms because I can't find it.

Re: further improved phatk OpenCL Kernel (> 2% increase) for Phoenix - 2011-07-06
by

I made an interesting discovery during my own tests with the new kernel version. I had to up the memory clock of my 5870 from 200 to 350 MHz in order to achieve the highest hashing values. Another thing to mention is, that I drive a Phenom II X6 1090T with only 800 MHz for every core, due to power saving, while mining. If I let the CPU use full speed, MHash/s goes even higher, let's say 3-4 MH/s.

Conclusion: Perhaps you guys should try to raise your mem speeds + experiment with CPU clocks, too. I know it has to be a good balance, so that higher MH/s values are not eaten by higher energy costs.

Dia

I'm actually finding with the 8-11 kernel that memory speed can be dropped down very low and still maintain optimal performance.  I've got a total of 5 58X0 cards running, and they're all perfectly content to max out the MH/s at 150MHz memory speed.

So while I've found that phatk 2.2 can do about 1-1.5% higher than 8-11 at the same core speed, phatk likes a memory speed up around 430MHz for optimal performance.  So with that memory speed drop, I'm seeing about 2-3C lower core temps on my cards...or about 20MHz higher core speeds for the same temps, which more than makes up for the performance gap.
