If you have a new altcoin, what would be the best choice to list it at first?

I hate Facebook, I had so many problem with their censorship. Got a page deleted after 3 years of work.
They are unpredictable, they ask you to boost your post and if several people come and notify FB about your page: your page is gone.

Their coin is not going to be better than that.

This thread is very old, you might check another more recent one... because Bitcoin has changed a lot since. Maybe it should be archived.
