So far altcoins have brought me the best returns, but as the time goes by, more and more scam projects appear and it becomes more difficult to distinguish good projects from bad ones. What is your strategy, how do you filter these few satoshi coins?

The maximum of overall payouts will be $100
I don't understand why anyone should bother with such rewards. Even if you find the critical issue (I assume the one which would let you steal Ether from the contract) you get only $10, wouldn't it be better to just exploit the vulnerability and get 100...0x more?

But it is currently exchanged on EtherDelta... so are people selling/buying tokens? How is this possible?

Are you planning to open a Bug Bounty campaign? If yes, then please add a link to your smart contracts source code. I can review them and give you some advice.
