I am sure it is not because the people who became billionaires with Bitcoin had holded Bitcoin for a long time before they got rich, so Bitcoin is not an instant way to be rich for sure.

Re: What is a better investment right now, ETH or LTC?
LTC rises while ETH drops or .. What do you think?
For short-term investment: ETH, because it's being used by so many people and has potential to grow up. Of course LTC has potential too but it's not noticed yet, it will grow up slowlier than ETH.
I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.
I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?
I think Bitcoin has a future as it is the first crypto currency and it's known by so many people but as the grown of other Alcoins, Bitcoin will need to change so many things to have a real future.
I gamble for both of them but I usually lost all my balance so I think I usually gamble because I feel funny when gambling. I can not help gambling when I have money lol
Hi I'm a newbie to this whole thing although I've followed it since My Gox. I registered with an exchange and bought $1000 a few weeks ago at around $2200. It went up to 28 and I took some profit and then it started to drop and I got scared and transferred it to my USD wallet and then bought eth. And also I bought $50 here and there etc. Bitcoin started to go up again and I bought back at a bigger price then I sold it for. Then when it hit $3000 I didn't sell because I thought it was going to keep going up. It crashed and I sold again. I was trying to protect my original investment and at the end of the day I have $950 in my fiat wallet. I added up all the fees etc and I've spent $240 on fees etc! "Buy low, sell high" was lost in the craziness. Now I"m just waiting before I do anything else. Made a lot of mistakes and I"m wondering what is the way to go and is this an investment or a casino??!! Any input would be appreciated. My original goal was to buy 1 coin and keep it and another to trade the market. Thank you.
Nice to hear that, trading is basically buy low sell high but the hard things is to find out the right time to buy and sell, if you choose wrong, you will lose your money.
Hi, I am looking for a way to earn some money without invest(because I am broke), I can dedicate 2 hours a day in that. what can I do to make a bitcoin per month without any investment?
It's hard to earn such a big amount of Bitcoin now but if you want, try trading for a time, Altcoins can reach 10x bump easier so that if you know when to buy, you can easily get profits with traing Altcoins.
Is it a sat, a % of profit, or even a randomly thought up number in your head?
I am new to trading Crypto, but when I traded other stocks, I would aim for a certain percentage. This seems much easier to hit that percentage, but much more risky.
How do you determine when to let it go?
I usually calculate my upcoming profits after buying something, when I reach that profits, I will sell them instantly, I don't want to loose money just because I am greedy.
Which sports or matches are the easiest to wager on? I know different people like different sports but which one is most or easily profitable than others? Most people stick with what they know only, like me I prefer tennis, world cup football and basketball but which ones you should bet on since they are "easy"
I think tenis is the easiest way to gamble, almost everytime when a stronger one play against a weeker one, he/ she will win almost everytime so that tenis is really safe, there are one think that, the safer the match is, the smaller your profit will be
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?
I don't throw all my money into Bitcoin, It's just like 70%- 80%. I do online jobs so that sometime, I need to pay money to local people. To do that, I need my money in my bank account, that's the reason why I don't let all my money in Bitcoin.
Title says it all, what out of the following would you like to buy the most with BTC?
Don't make LQ posts, only ones telling me what you would want.
OPTIONS: - Clothes - Outdoor Equipment (e.g. footballs, bike pumps etc.) - Outside Toys - Games and Puzzles - Soft and Cuddly Toys - Inflatable Toys - Art and Craft - Paper and Card - Office Stationary - Glues and Sellotape etc. - Shop/Business Supplies - Outdoor Products - Pet Supplies/Products - Water - Gum - Bags - Lighting - DIY - Candles - Wrapping Paper and Cards - Picture/Photo Frames - Party Supplies - Jewellery - E-Cigarettes (will require customer to provide valid ID) - Lighters (will require customer to provide valid ID) - Smoking Accessories (will require customer to provide valid ID)
Thanks, James.
- Games and Puzzles - Art and Craft hm... that's all I want to buy with Bitcoin, everything else I can easily buy them in real shop with real money, of course.
I honestly think Bitcoin isn't decentralized enough considering that government still controls the Internet and can easily censor or shut them down (is this even possible?) anytime. The move by government to make us go cashless by gradually phasing out cash is even more worrisome, could make them have absolute control over us. We need some sort of decentralized "physical Bitcoin" that doesn't depend on the Internet and can be exchanged for online Bitcoin. It is too risky not to have offline alternatives to Bitcoin to act as backup plan for online Bitcoin in case something big goes wrong.
Pls I need to know something, Is it possible to exchange Bitcoin with other people without being connected to the Internet? Let say the government bans the Internet and you have your Bitcoin offline(in cold storage right?), can you exchange the Bitcoin to the next person by simply transferring some Bitcoin from cold storage to his/her computer, phone or even data storage devices(like SD Card, USB, Hard drive etc)? If this is possible then no need for the "Physical Bitcoin"
So in my opinion, the government can not or they should not shut the Internet down. At least in their own, if they shut down the Internet, they will loose more than they can earn so that they won't shut the Internet down.
Often see some bounty post, how can I do to get free and have the potential coins, for example, in the bittalkcoin this forum on their product post, what is the request for my account? Activity quantity
So you should join the bounty program, that's a good way to earn bounties coins, after the ICO is end, you can sold them on the markets and of course, a lot of people are earning a lot of Bitcoin because of Bounty programs.

Re: [Russia] Burger King to accept Bitcoin this summer!
Everything has two sides of itself, Accepting Bitcoin as their payment will be the first step for everyone to be able to pay with e-currency, it will lead other shops or companies to accept Bitcoin or other coins as their payment method but buying FAST food with Bitcoin is not so good idea because of big fees and long time confirmations, the food is not so FAST anymore.
