I received an email today supposedly from scrypt.cc... And then I realized to what email address it was sent... I use a different email address for every site I register so I can track where my spam comes from and, well, for the first time, phishing emails.
The link doesn't even work since this dumbass entered it in the wrong format... it starts with //... Anyway I followed the link and it goes to this page:
for an c1 do I want :3334 OR :3335 for best results?
For best results, you should use a pool that doesn't steal from it's miners.
I also agree with locking this scam pool thread. Bitcointalk should also lock the scammer s0brs account also as he doesn't care to use it. Worst pool thread ever, worst OP ever.
@Pautado: He means ports, not diff you idiot - go back to irc.........
This is getting pathetic... Before calling me an idiot go check what the different ports are for, then get a shovel and dig yourself in a big hole... facepalm.

I would go with 1024, choose 3334 and put ##1024 after your worker name, something like username.worker##1024. It takes some seconds to switch from 512 to 1024 but it should work fine

Re: [BitAffNet] How we're the #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool In The World (proof inside)
My hashrate also appears a lot lower on this pool than others. Does not seem the "#1 Bitcoin mining pool in the world" to me...
Make your mind up
I did, I like it and I will recommend this pool to everyone as long as I get paid. About the hashrate it was my miner's fault, after upgrading firmware it shows higher hashrates on the pool side than the actual miner. The communication part is true, it sucks but I just enter the IRC, ask and get my response instantly... Try that on any other pool
Only haters around bitcointalk jeez...
You even took the time to check where and what I posted, am I annoying you or something? Hahaha how old are you? 12?

If there is a scam thread why do you guys keep spamming this thread? I seriously don't get it.
And BTW I still think this is the best pool around... Just a couple of haters here and there

Re: [BitAffNet] How we're the #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool In The World (proof inside)
This forum is here to promote openness & transparency, something that s0br claims to be a flag bearer of - yet he didn't post here for over 3 months. Plus he went AWOL for 2 months after disappearing from the scam thread. Why is that do you think?
I don't care about what happened in the past. The pool is working great for now, some delays here and there and there was that diff adjust thing that you keep refering. It's not perfect but it is one of the best around. Please don't call me noob... Just look at you, you keep spamming this thread everyday with the same things, what exactly is your point? It kinda looks like you are jealous from s0br.
And about transparency, I don't see any pool that gives access to the global pending payouts, seems quite transparent to me.

I tried several pools and I have to say this is the highest paying one even with the diff adjustment thing. As long as I get paid I won't switch to another pool

For MY s3 the best firmware is 10/24 it is the one that gets me higher hashrates and the most stable. And yes, I know about the not working reset button and I really don't care about it... If anything goes wrong I can always flash it by serial/jtag...
lol they deleted my .056 balance without paying definitely not ever coming back here again
Don't just assume they stole your coins. They said on IRC that there was some kind of problem with the system and that the missing balances should be back in the backlog. If you have a problem contact support, I'm sure they are happy to help you.
don't just assume? im glad someone sits on IRC all day just to see that
You don't need to stay there all day... Just enter and ask what is wrong and you will get an answer, you can also leave sugestions if you feel like it. I personally hate it too that there is no communication at all besides IRC...

salt in the wound... This is another problem with the pool as I really don't care for the IRC as the only means of informing miners if there is an issue.
Yes it annoys me a lot too... It shouldn't be that hard to send emails or put some kind of banner on the dashboard...
