Re: What Do Women Want? More Educational Materials Before Investing in Bitcoin
by
Peashooter
on 08/01/2020, 14:29:28 UTC
There would be more women investing in bitcoin if they had more educational materials to help them, a new report found. Find there https://www.coindesk.com/what-do-women-want-more-educational-materials-before-investing-in-bitcoin

If I would be ask, I am very open with investment, and I am more than willing to learn how do fluctuation works and other things that occur here in this platform since up to this point I am very hopeful with the Bitcoin and of course knowledge both power and money that you can use, but in this generation we should not think someone's preference with accordance to what they want to do. Bitcoin is for everyone.

Re: 2020 will be a material year for crypto. What do you think?
by
Peashooter
on 08/01/2020, 05:11:51 UTC
I think we're in for a change, but I'm afraid it's only going to get worse. We just have to wait.
Definitely, since we can give some early predictions and expectations since the year is just starting and I think there would be so much ups and downs with regards to the currency and tge price itself, lets just be hopeful and a lot careful since scammers were being more and more diligent and creative just to steal our money and be more careful in choosing projects to support and still in the end of the day Bitcoin is a big risk.

Re: What is the fate of Scammers if bitcoin later becomes a traceable Currency.
by
Peashooter
on 08/01/2020, 04:39:38 UTC
Bitcoin as a currency that is decentralized, they is no Headquarters for Bitcoin and it has no Central office where they distribute information concerning Bitcoin, Like illicit transactions that money was lost but recovered after some investigations through the distributed information.

like someone said on my previous thread that more people will be comfortable using bitcoin if these features comes into place.

Share your thoughts.

I think this is a great idea so we can lessen the numerous counts of illegal doing herr in Bitcoin of course give some fear for those people who will come up to the idea of hacking. I think this is one of the reason why Bitcoin is still unacceptable by most of the people since the fear of losing all of your assets are present without any assurance to have it back and think this idea will showcase how well Bitcoin could be if accepted.

Re: Will Bitcoin have a price increase before the halving like we saw in 2016?
by
Peashooter
on 08/01/2020, 04:14:57 UTC
In 2016 the halving was early July.  Depending on the exchange, the price was as follows:

May 1, 2016 $453
June 1, 2016 $536
July 1, 2016 just before the halving $677

The price increased about 50% from May 1 to July 1 just before the halving event.

Should we expect something similar this time?

Let's be hopeful rather to have an expectation regarding this. Year 2016-2017 was a big year for everyone even me, I've recieve so much failure thag year but still I have earn also, and I am hoping that this year would be abundant for everyone here, 2018-2019 was not a good years for all us since so much setbacks was made and I guess this platform is slowly regaining the thing that it has to offer for us,let's keep on working.

Re: Next big thing in crypto?
by
Peashooter
on 07/01/2020, 23:26:28 UTC
The advent of Bitcoin's blockchain technology has opened up a world of possibilities that were never imagined. People can finally achieve financial freedom by being their own bank anytime, anywhere. In 2017, there was the ICO boom where crypto land was filled with hype with many companies launching their own business ventures. Everything has been about smart contracts, on-chain privacy, and Blockchain-based gaming. But ever since prices started to decline back in 2018, there has been a lost of interest into crypto and Blockchain tech from people in the mainstream world.

It's now 2020, where many exciting events are yet to come. Bitcoin will experience another reduction in its block reward (halving), while Ethereum becomes closer to adopting PoS into its blockchain network. The space is definitely maturing, but the level of demand is still a lot less than it was back in 2017.

Nonetheless, I'm curious to know what's the next big thing in crypto? Huh

There are lots of things that we can expect to happen within the crypto community since it is prone or open for improvement due to the fact that every year, people do have a lot to expect from it and it is in lined with the modern technology in which as the technological capacity rises, so with cryptocurrency rises and improves primarily. There are lots of events that we can expect to happen this year 2020 that can affect the whole crypto community. Some of those includes the last year's news about the launch of Libra coin within this year which is Facebook's cryptocurrency in which we all know that it is the most popular social media platform worldwide, so upon this announcement, we will be expecting what will be the effect on the crypto community of this launch if it will attract many people toward cryptocurrency once again. Also, the upcoming event which is the Bitcoin halving is a much awaited event this year for what will be its after effect on the current situation of Bitcoin specially talking about its price if it will directly affect the price to go up which will also bring the other cryptocurrencies that rely on it to go up. For sure a lot more will happen within the vast space of crypto and it will surely continue for events to come because crypto is a rising currency which will continuously improve as technology rises.

Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space?
by
Peashooter
on 07/01/2020, 22:54:20 UTC
Probably yes. Due to the reason that there are lot of existing scam projects recently within the crypto space that have already victimized a lot of crypto users specially those that are new in this space, it cause trauma to them making them to be discouraged or frightened to get engaged into any project which is giving a bad impression and a general idea that all projects are scam which is not totally true because there are still reliable projects though they maybe somehow hard to find.

Re: DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN?
by

on 07/01/2020, 14:55:14 UTC
You know this question is unavoidable...

DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN?

A lot of people have heard of the benefits achievable with BTC investments and decided to invest.
The recent market setbacks have brewed a very big question in the minds of new investors...

What will be your response to this question?

Well, it's natural to feel this way since thats our profit and it is natural to feel regret when you put something and didn't get the expectation that you have set and I also feel this at some point but I always remember there is no success on keeping yourself in your comfort zome Bitcoin is risk itself and whenever we put a certain amount here remember to consider it as gone already in this mentality we can prevent ourselves to excessively put the assets that we have that we can't actually put to risk.

Re: The reason behind creating Bitcoin.

To give us back our financial freedom, freeing us from modern economic custody. And giving us the opportunity not to make us poor as quickly as it is happening...

Definitely, people tend to be here trying their luck because we are all aiming o be financially stable and to earn the best that we deserve and aside from that I think cryptocurrencies will still existing if people will still recognized it cause for me we are interconnected with each other if something bad happened to a person who has a big role here of the rest will be affect for example a project sponsors if they turn down a certain project of course all of the people that connects to will be affected financially, I can say that every person here serves each one another.

Re: How the situation in Iran might impact Bitcoin
by

on 06/01/2020, 16:52:38 UTC
I would like to hear what people here in the community think about it.
As far as I know, when there is a war, people are taking their money out of the stock market because they fear of instability.

I wonder what a situation like this may cause to the crypto market.

War is not a great idea to think but of course we have to protect our country in every possible way and that is what i think about U.S and when it comes to iran I guess at this point we dont see anything that might affect us because of the war but what we didn't know is that there would be  some people in iran who has his or her investment here on Bitcoin or even projects and because of the war they have to prioritize themselves and their families'safety which may have a direct impact to those people who supported their lrojects all throughout that because of the war they might have a wait for long or even thing that they might no have the money that they don't invest and of course people in iran longs for long term peace and safety.

Re: Why only 6.2 percent of American citizens own Bitcoin?
by
Peashooter
on 06/01/2020, 15:47:29 UTC
According to this article , only 6.2% of a highly developed country like the US of America own Bitcoin , which seems unreasonable among the crypto community who rely on the Americans for Bitcoin to be mass adopted quite fast around the world. Here is the link of the news:
 https://www.tronweekly.com/bitcoin-advisory-founder-shares-research-that-shows-6-2-percent-of-american-citizens-own-bitcoin/

i think that is because most of the american have their own job, and they often loaded with the things that they have to do each day in which incorporating other foreign things might be so time consuming and I guess this is real for most of the people who heard about Bitcoin but until today they are still not open about embracing it since Bitcoin was too volatile at this moment and they couldn't risk their money with regards tot his which they can use on other thibgs like building up a business.

Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen

on 05/01/2020, 11:54:49 UTC
"Nearly 2.7 trillion won ($2.3 billion) have been lost to crimes involving cryptocurrency in the last two years, according to South Korean government data."

where do you see the improvements being made against crypto criminal activity. this can really hurt the price for traders/investors if conditions don't improve.

This is alarming, and these kind of news is one of the factor why do people is still refusing to accept Bitcoin as part od the exchange due to this kind of news and issue which I think is really scary especially for those who for ages just to have this profit, and as a precautionary act we should be more careful in filling up forms online and involving ourselves to anything that is related to Bitcoin transaction since as we know even just using your smartphone you can perform transactions already which we can say that hackers and scammers also evolved themselves to be able to hack smartphones and steal infomation.

Re: I Bet Bitcoin Reaches $10k In the Next 5-7 Days!
by
Peashooter
on 03/01/2020, 14:41:49 UTC
Anyone wants to take me on a bet Bitcoin price reaches $10,000+ in 5-7 days? After the bitcoin's record breaking network hash rate news come out, BTC lost $300+ (traded below $7k), then gain $500+ within hours.

Well that's quite interesting, so much hope at this moment is great and optimism brings so much motivation for anybody else who keep in faith with Bitcoin's fluctuation which I can say is a not that far to think of since people were starting to recognize Bitcoin again and reconsidering its potentials really impressed me a lot but for now we have to stay in focus on how we can possibly earn and invest in here.

Most probably in this section are users that are interested mostly in Economics, so I want to know why Economics attracts you?

I guess that is because we are very interested on how does the money fluctuate and the way we understand the current event with regards to Bitcoin impress us a lot. I took economics last semester in our school and I can say beyond any market and even on a daily living we can say that economics is really applicable even in a simple debt and hoarding money it affects the entire system of monetary fluctuation which I can really impress me since the direct application of the things we learnt is so much visible and somehow I cam apply these learning here in understanding Bitcoin.

Re: What kind of crypto trading do you recommend with $50 investment?
by
Peashooter
on 26/12/2019, 01:28:18 UTC
Hello dear members,
I have earned around $50 investment by posting in forums, claiming from faucets, viewing ads, etc.

I know that it may be impossible to trade with $50 capital because it is a very low amount but I thought that maybe there are some ways to trade with low amounts too. I don't care if the profit is low because I just want to increase it little by little to trade in larger scales in the future.
I prefer working with bitcoin.

What is your idea about this?
Personally, it's a good idea for me for you to decide trading it even though your balance isn't huge because every professional traders started from small amount. For the reccommendation regarding which market to trade; since you're just starting then you should trade with huge volume coin which has a less volitality making your trades less stressful. Once you've learned enough how altcoin's price move very effectively, then you may proceed trading non-popular coins which swings drastically from time to time.

Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam?
by
Peashooter
on 24/12/2019, 12:04:09 UTC
because people want to produce without doing anything, it has become a natural phenomenon, where you only spend a little money to multiply it, let's say 1 person sends 100 $ if 100 people then it becomes 10000 $, they are interested in big profits.
Those people are actually the ones who aren't well informed or educated regarding investing. As an investor, you should keep in mind that there is no such thing as fixed in return to what you've invested. If there is, it should be provided by the banks and if not then it's 99% scam. These investors are also being blinded due to the influence of the people that surrounds them. Unfortunately they trust easily that's why they don't tend to do a research for themselves.

Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst!
by
Peashooter
on 24/12/2019, 08:36:46 UTC
I have not done anything of this level and I don’t think I will ever do such things. These things are made by ill people who have the addiction as their illness. They will do anything to achieve their goals just like a drug addict would.I think that some years in jail would be the right punishment for such persons and also there to be treated for their illness.

I don't think prison can actually help them to reduce the addictions and it will just create it more intensely in them and when they will be out in freedom, they might bet more furiously to make up for the potential wins they imagined they would have made had they not gone in prison.
They have psychological issues not behavior ones that prison will serve them for the right purpose. Prison will rather as you mentioned escalate the addiction. They need to be in some rehabilitation center where their addiction is analyzed and they are given treatments along with therapies that could help them in overcoming the bad thoughts they have. They are not criminals rather they shall be treated as mental patients.
It's rare to treat patients that has gambling addiction issue. Usually, those who are addicted in gambling in which they have nothing left to gamble due to their lack of control became miserable already and they have no money to pay for the treatment then. Also, the problem in ascertaining that is people who have that issue doesn't act suspicously. Usually the keep secret for themselves which makes person who are valuable or close to them difficult to know their siutation. I think with just keeping do other things can help more for them rather than putting them in facilities. It's a difficult task but still doable at the end.

Re: Binance not accept my citizenship, Alternative?
by
Peashooter
on 23/12/2019, 09:38:38 UTC
The problem what i see is amount BTC You trade is too big, maybe if Binance not do KYC, you can only withdraw not all amount in 1 day. With that, maybe you could take your time, i mean withdraw at maximum current tier and do it in the next day. I think to open the site you maybe not have any problem with it.
I think the OP doesn't states that he deposited already thus the value he wanted to trade doesn't affect to the approval towards his KYC application. The reason for the rejection of his application is because of his country himself. Perhaps his country prohibits cryptocurrency or whatsoever thus Binance don't want to be involved from their country. If ever they allowed someone to get approved and it's stated that they shouldn't according to SEC or whatever agencies liable for that then they can be charged or sued for not obeying.
