Hell yeah, I'll use that addresses to confirm if the development process is funded and goes on, as well as marketing. That's a good idea to add more transparency.

I was recently tipped a decent amount of Dogecoin on Tipestry for posting about a bunch of different cryptos. Should I convert the Dogecoin to BTC or ETH? Does Dogecoin have a future? I'm thinking about keeping it on Tipestry for a while and then transferring it out to my ledger (assuming I don't convert it to BTC/ETH)
I would not advise you to keep your money in Doge for the long run. However, it depends on your risk/reward attitude. Being a joke crypto, Doge has outperformed many cryptocurrencies with ideas, and who known for how long that will continue and whether this rend will be broken at all. Doge has really big audience, even Elon Mask tweeted about it. But I would rather convert at least half of Doge to something more reliable, maybe distribute in top-5 coins.
ICO are now particularly replaced by IEOs, but the essence remains the same: sell as much as would allow to develop the project and pay the bills. Most projects fail because the market simply doesn't need them; people are not interested in their offerings, that all. There are plenty of projects with open developers, team, etc., but they also suffering hard, because there's no demand for their services. Crypto is still complicated for the most users, and that's a big issue to work on until everyone realizes dealing with crypto is safer, faster and cheaper than using old, slow, vulnerable products and technologies.

The community's support, interest and engagement evolves on project at the same extent as team's activity. It is important now to support saving the price level.
The support by the community is vital, that is why we are working on reaching new audience and other marketing goals in Q2.
Weekly updates or announcement or something similar would be fine too, to inspire users that are already joined. You must work on retaining too, otherwise its useless.

Yeah, that's how the market works. Placing low orders yesterday was a good idea. Could sell today and be in good profits. But supply is really low, so I see more potential for price increase. By the way, how promotion goes? Is team working on something right now? Need more awareness.

If you go to study trading rules, greed and fear are mentioned as two most common enemies of a trader. When there is a null market and a trader is running into 100% profit he does not sell there and does not even lock his profit rather he goes for searching of next target as he wants to make it 500% greed does not stop him there even it touches 500% and one day it drops like anything and trader keeps on waiting for this recovery but unfortunately it does not happen and in fear of losing all his amount he closes the trade in loss. This is the story of most of the traders. Trade should be taken with a proper plan so that no factor like greed, fear or emotions effect it.
That's very common for aspiring traders. However, those sticking to their strategy play well in any market.
