This is obvious, but many postpone the purchase or can not buy alternative tokens, because they do not have Ethereum. And they do not want to sell something that would get Ethereum, since absolutely all tokens and currencies are traded at a very low rate.

Unless something prevents these investors buy coins Ether in Fiats? Then they can safely buy tokens of profitable projects.
