Gonna try again asking few questions as the team claims to be one of the most transparent teams out there:
1. Where are the so called devs Anorak & Deepend
2. Where is the community manager Yogi
3. What happened to turkish community and turkish coordinator Asertin
4. The team stated few months ago that Raizor will be contacted to see if he is willing to come back. Has this been done and what was his response
5. Can the team bring back cashman as it seems that he cloak flourished the most with him in the lead
6. When can we expect bugs of both wallet (QT & GUI) to be fixed
7. Is the new dev planing on staying or this is just another paid dev which will leave just as Chainsulting. Is it possible for the community to ask a new dev few questions regarding the quality of the code and future plans
8. What is the current progress with the Bittrex relisting besides "we are in contact with bittrex and the lawyers" as we have been hearing that for more than a year
9. How much funds does the team have left as it seems that 25k must be donated or no further development will be done
10. Is there any reasonable explanation why has the team spent more than $1 million for Binance listing which could have been used for development which has been stagnant for years

I try to find any opinion of this web, but i cant find anything worthless.

Yes I use it 4 months with no problem, it is not scam, not to much volume because it is not on cryptomarketcap now, I just send there cloaks and it give me revard for staking and coin which is in order is staking too, you can see that in my snap.
But I didnt try WITHDRAWAL i test it but you can read about this exchange here an here I dont want send there big amount of cloak but after few months I can write they are staking your coins there is no problem trade so I dont see any problem yeat but send there coins on your own risk...
