PowerClient first beta release is scheduled for July 25th, 2016.

As we want PowerCoin trading on many exchanges as possible, later today we will send a formal request to Bittrex for addition. Two exchanges are good for now but we want to expand as much as possible.
We annonce that soon we will begin PowerStage Two: this week a new section on our website http://www.powercoin.pw will be opened, to allow testers to participate on the first beta release of our PowerClient. Potentially everyone can participate, but for technical reasons we will give access to a limited number of users. A feedback page will also show up for the public version of the client in the near future.

Yes usually that kind of wallet problem are resolved just rebooting the wallet itself or your computer.

We have no official date at the moment because the development requires a few more weeks to reach the beta stage, after that we can approximate a release date. Now we need to work on coin adoption because PowerCoin is traded only on one exchange. Right now we are negotiating PWR addition to Bleutrade Exchange, and more of them will be contacted as it has been said in a previous post.

We have been contacted by Bitcoin Garden owner, a copy of our announcement will be available on that forum too. It's a good thing to have multiple resources both for discussion and trading. We are focused on multiple exchange addition, Bleutrade Zendesk has been contacted with referral #3416 and our request is being reviewed by Bleutrade support staff. Other exchanges will be contacted next week.

Such a scam yobit. Stole 0.1 from powerdev.
Crazy.
No money has been stolen, don't spread false information. They will take the btc only when they're ready to launch. The yobitcode we've sent to them is still unused. Crazy.
We've already contacted yobit asking news about the delay in adding powercoin, we don't really know if it's because of the name similar with another coin, so we're waiting for a yobit statement before coming up with conclusion.
