Something is clear, they are preparing the servers for something big, this should be the last time a change of this size happens in the general application topology of PW. Sounds to me they have found what they are looking for and bringing applicatons and servers into the target architecture(software wise) - After this we should see a bumpy final go alive. - No reason to start anymarketing now, until its done.For me (from what Nico told us here) are several big milestones reached:

All crypto markets in DeFi era, so there is no chance for populous project to succeed unless the team of Pp finding a way to enter into DeFi area.

The Bounty for the signature will be paid ot in PPT, bounty hunters mostly sell there bounty after receive - that all about it.

Great News, I have no experience with it but I will give it a try. Now that PPT is very cheap its good to have it on a lot of exchanges and wallets so that it can distribute better to all interested investors. (Remember it was sold out at pre-ICO, only ~1200 People could get some)

You need to get an Account at Populous Website. In your personal wallet you will see the option to buy XAUP. The price of XAUP will the actual market price of one ounce of Gold minus 9% discount.
After you bought XAUP you will see it in your wallet and you can send it, if needed, to an ERC-1255 compatible external wallet(may better to wait before sending it to an external erc-1255 wallet until it is confirmed by the wallet-vendor that XAUP 1255 is supported).

I know that ERC-1155 is a non-fungible token good for collectibles. But never heard about ERC-1255 standard.

Hi yes, agree Populous PPT is one of the most undervalued coins (ALT-Coin) in my humble option. But also XAUP is interesting (Goldcoin) and will also give PPT a good boost once enough are sold.

In my opinion, it's very risky to backed any coin by gold nowadays. gold price isn't a stable at this time.
Following its logic, Bitcoin like other altcoins does not have the stable price, so you should not support "BTC and altcoins" due to the price risk being unstable?
Populous XAUP Token belongs to the class of stable coins for sure. It is not bound to USD or other fiat currency, it is bound to the physical price of one ounce of Gold, physical Gold was always the ultimate currency of last resort if anything else fails.
Fiat stable coins by definition will be always loss value per year because of systemic inflation. Gold will change in market-value but over the years get more value as it is not inflated like fiat.

Did you talk to any exchanges for listing?
Would be great, as of now it is not known, for sure it will be on P.DEX (Populous Distributed Exchange).
Possible it could be listed on other exchanges in the future as this token is ERC-1255 compatible. It would make it a little bit easier to buy it.
As of now Populous is the market maker and garanties buy back at same price as of one ounce of Gold at delivery time.

Hello, could someone predict the value of 1 XAUP token? 9% discount is not so cool and also you risk that the company will not pay you money when you sell them back your gold or?
There is not much possible, they have to buy the Gold, and this 9% discount they give upfront they need to earn on there invoice platform.
9% for 12 months is a pretty nice interest, where banks give only 0% or -1%
So this offer is really for People interested to buy gold cheap or to find a highyield interest paying bond to park excess liquidity or gold-speculators, IMO.
Risk is always involved when there is a third-party, but this is a task for Populous to explain what kind of investor protection they offer. I
personaly think this question will resolve itself when there where several iterations of XAUp sold to the market and sold back properly.
The cost of one XAUp will be the cost of 1 oz of Gold(minus 9%), where the Price of Gold is in 12 month ? Who knows possible much higher than now.

What is the token "XAUp Gold Token"? Why they created one more token and where is this token trading? Is MEW supporting this standart of token?
I am also confused what is XAUp Gold Token and what is populous coin listed here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/populous/ if populous coin is also backed by gold so why there was a big pump. Who wants to buy unbacked coins for high price?This was privatly announced already 12 months ago, that there will be a Populous Gold token
