How long does it take for order to complete? I paid for 1 BTC just over an hour ago and completed the SMS confirmation but the order still says "payment received" and not acknowledging the sms confirmation. Anytime you send something through the mail it may get caught. Especially international orders as customs takes a closer look then the regular post office. But most the time if the size is reasonable for personal use then they will just confiscate it. Also they may or may not send a letter of seizure. If you get said letter do not reply to it just toss it and take it as a loss.

Thats actually good to hear that way folks can get their btc out if they need to.

I would think you could set a script to look what the value is say every hour, and adjust the price in BTC to match your dollar value that you want.

The price of BTC is dropping so I would think it will goto below 10 at this rate.
