Re: Bitcoin is about to collapse this week

Once again, it was proven that charts alone is not a good indication to predict the price movement. And this last 10 days for the time the OP open his thread, the price is really stable or shall we say trading sideways with minimal movement whatsoever.

The market is all green today, but there's no break-out but just re-testing some support levels. Are we talking about the Canadian exchange MapleChange hacked? But that news didn't put a significant dent on the price though.
There no news that affecting bitcoin chart at this time, that news even China news, it's been rough to thinh what possibly news can escalate the price again.

Re: Market still stagnant!
by

It seems like the market condition in mid-year is usually a stable market condition, you can see from the price movements from 2013 to 2018, the cracking of bitcoin prices will usually fall when the year starts and will rise at the end of the year has a lot of price movements so you should be able to use it when conditions are stagnant like now to buy some bitcoin.
It might not fall more and if we plan to hold it for long then buying now will give us more profit in the future. Bitcoin is still a top coin to invest with, it have many uses that we can get ease for using.

Re: Reason why other ban cryptocurrencies
by
PhilPrime
on 09/11/2018, 23:32:50 UTC
Because of the fear of the unknown and the inherent risk since crypto is still in infancy. Government like to be everything within their control .
But once they see the help that it can give to other countries they will sure to changed their mind, some restriction will be a help but putting a ban entirely will not make better in their country.

Re: Daily trade Vs long trade
by
PhilPrime
on 09/11/2018, 23:29:52 UTC
If you are an experienced trader then daily trading can give you quick profit by scalping or swing trading.
It is risky and requires determination, controlling your emotions, discipline,  patience, perfect execution and adoption to the market.
Holding strategy also can be profitable on an increasing market, but it is risky one on a declining market.
So, it depends on the market situation and on your preferences.
It will depend on our coin, some coins have plans to do in this bear market, if we don't see working team acting in the dumper price of their coin then it will be the time to trade them, day trading will help for our expenses too.

Re: I never held this much bitcoins.

If you hold a large sum of bitcoin is better to hold for a higher price. As i read you think bitcoin will go over 300k$ , but in my opinion it can reach that so soon, i think it can go to that value starting from 2025 not before, and this depends from some factors, how much will electricity will be needed , and how new miners will work then.
Besides the wait might come to end by next year so keep your guard , it will be a big lose if you sell it by now.

Re: Crypto is about to dead - Get out from it before its too late

The market is indeed at its worst but surely, it won't kill the crypto industry despite of the continuous downtrend. I do think that there's still hope for recovery to take place and when that day come, huge profit will be earned surely, by those who are patient or those who will hold at times like this because nothing is permanent in this market including continuous downfall. And as such, recovery shouod be expected.
Crypto will be part of the future not only the history. It may be in problems now due to price but surely will have a way to recover. Once it recover we should not miss ever chances to buy now.

Re: Over 90% of ICOs are a scam
by
PhilPrime
on 22/09/2018, 22:41:15 UTC
I am awared that there are scam ICOs but I do doubt that it is on as high percentage as 90%. maybe, 20% would be more rwalistic since based on my experience, 1 out of 10 ICOs is a scam. Or maybe, it just happen because of fortune and misfortune. Scam projects are surely hard to determine at the first glance and usually, it would be too late to notice.
Some ICo were really legit, it just usually didn't get their goal that others tagged them scam or tget didn't have much knowledge yet to run an ICo, choose wisely always.

Re: Which is profitable coin?
by
PhilPrime
on 22/09/2018, 22:39:09 UTC
What I'm doing is writing down all the coins during the consolidation of Bitcoin which has good pumps. When you analyze this coins and then enter good position you can be pretty surprised with 10-20% surges every market cycle, which is awesome. Most safe is to select already established crypto.
It could be good to choose among the Top 10 coins in the market cause they already established excellent market history and can surely be trusted. Though the price is a little bit high from the others but the most important thing is that you have big chances of earning profits from them.
Actually, first money flows in established crypto with history of pumps Smiley Like already happened yesterday and before with doge. Analyse some of the good coins which usually pumps and you can be in more profits if you just pick top 10 coins Smiley

There are coins and companies that did some develop or do token burning whenever the price drops too much that will help to make the coins recover.

This is your freedom. If you want to regret it, then regret it. No one can deny your right. But I still want to say, be patient, don't lose confidence in the cryptocurrency because of the low price of the moment.
at the moment the price is down and that is normal for all of us. always believe that prices will rise and don't be too pushy to sell all your altcoins. sell partially and invest the rest for the long term.
Better not look into it at this moment, when BTC and ETH arise it will sure to follow all alts better not think of the past and just know that everything will be fine after. the market will soon to recover.

Re: What cryptocurrency are you currently buying during a dip?
by
PhilPrime
on 22/09/2018, 08:33:59 UTC
Since ethereum is facing a big dip , I still choose to believe in the potential of this token I know ethereum will recover and comeback stronger. Although yes, XRP surpassed it but I guess it is not because ethereum potential lost but XRP just become popular due to the development of theit product. After the ethereum devs resolve the issues I know ethereum will come recover.
ETH is still a good catch even the price decrease, it can be say that its also due to market condition. But since ETH platform still have many use it can definitely have a good chance to recover fast when it launch new strategy.

Re: 2018 Crypto predictions

The best crypto for investment right now is a good crypto and is well suited for long-term investments such as btc, eth, xrp or ltc, as it may be that the bear market will last for a long time, perhaps in the next few months this situation will still continue

It may have some movements now, it might get much good rate than before. Cryptocurrencies is having a way to move little slower to increase their rate and it will for sure come to good market again.

Re: Crypto exchangers and kyc
by
PhilPrime
on 22/09/2018, 08:23:23 UTC
Practically all the exchange are asking for kyc/aml. If you are not comfortable with KYC on exchange,  simply use decentralized exchange.  Some centralized exchange like Kucoin allow you to trade and withdraw any amount of it's platform.
KYC is typically needed now in exchanges even in bounties sometimes, it is to assure the company as well the investors for their documents and proper filing at their company in the countries they involved with, since some countries bans crypto.

Re: What are you long on, and why?
by

on 21/09/2018, 18:16:51 UTC
I really miss the market for the price of the trade as it used to, for 4 months the prices in the trading market have decreased, I miss having a lot of profits, now I have a little profit
Almost all coins are should be long on since they are all below ICO price, but almost all of us waiting for BTC and ETH pump, that will influence the market and all alts to increase in rate too.

Re: Bitcoin Price December 2018
by
PhilPrime
on 21/09/2018, 18:13:21 UTC
Some analysts are of the view that Bitcoin Price could reach a peak in December that is double the price now?
Well if that happen many people will be happy because what they hold will gain of profit. And hopefully it will happen so our Christmas will be happy and bountiful. So we have time to buy more bitcoin now because it's affordable than before.
Buying bitcoin at this rate is a good thing, we just don't expect too much on price to be like last year, but f we buy now, our earning can be double by December hopefully.

Re: How do you stomach the dips?
by
PhilPrime
on 21/09/2018, 18:11:06 UTC
I really hate this dip that happening on the market and in the whole industry of crypto. There are too many factors why this is happening in the market. Hope that this will end soon. I'm very excited on the payday as I have to many coins and tokens that was pending to be sold. Hope that this monster end and the December will be great again like last December 2017.
Our stomach ends up being empty due to the market that when we sold our coins we might regret, but it may not reach ATH last year but as long as it increased at a good price. it will be a happy tummy December.

Re: Now ETH is going down to the dip. You SOLD or HOLD?
by
PhilPrime
on 09/09/2017, 14:12:59 UTC
Eth is good now.
you can still hold it because i just came back from 300$ again.
i panic too when the price on sept 5. is 280$
and just like that  it comeback to 300$
so no worries . hold Eth.

Holding at this point seems little risky to me after China ban on ICO first and now on exchanges. This seems to be a little worry and panic will definitely be created in market because of the biggest player in the market China banning is a huge concern this will put huge selling pressure and due to which market ideally will be going down. So for now selling is better which ever coin you hold it. You can buy later once the rise starts again.

We can use the opportunity now that it goes low, soon ot will rise. Btc have lots to offer especially in the future so invreasing in value is always possible.

by

Is it better to get China out of Bitcoin? I think the rejection of chinese to bitcoin has little effect on bitcoin, because more countries are legalized to transact using bitcoin. so I'm still confident of the bitcoin development in the future.bitcoin remains my investment choice.
I think it will be much better, than they are the one's whose manipulating it. They are possible in dumping and pumping btc anytime they want too, which affects us too much.

Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled?
by
PhilPrime
on 09/09/2017, 13:34:20 UTC
In my own opinion, I doubt if the volatility of bitcoin can be really kept under control. In a decentralised setting where is no control by the government, it is very difficult to control the market value of bitcoin. I believe with time when those company realised what they are loosing by not accepting bitcoin, it is then some of them will start accepting it.
It will be felt the same way how some user's now regret that they didn't believe at btc at first. Bitcoin volatility can't be controlled. Its volatility and applicable on increasing makes btc moee interesting.

Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert
by
PhilPrime
on 02/09/2017, 09:09:21 UTC
If you become a bitcoin expert First you gathered a huge knowledge about bitcoin. Then you go to google and research more about bitcoin. Then you use bitcoin. So i think one day you will become a bitcoin expert.
In order to become bitcoin expert knowledge should be acquire. Because without this you can be dumb and no nothing in terms of cryptocurrency. So should read, learned and apply to become a bitcoin expert.
It takes time and experience, ince we experienced it and see how it goes and done. We can eventually make it. Btc is a continuous study for its innovation still have lots to offer.
