Re: Can you use Bitcoin as a practical currency?
by

on 10/09/2018, 10:56:18 UTC
Yes, there are already services that can accept bitcoin for payment. And it's very cool. Now bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are beginning to enter our lives tightly.

I think you can because technology now you can do what possible that you think you can't.In recent years though, as values have continued to increase, the call for new ways to actually spend Bitcoin as a regular use like money without the hassle of converting to normal currencies has increased. This desire for greater liquidity has led to a host of new companies, seeking to offer consumers innovative ways to spend their Bitcoin.

Re: Leave Crypto?

After the gloomy days of the BTC in 2018. Some of my friends have left the market because of losses. When entering the market, people need to take risks.  From my friends, I think some of the following will benefit you living in this market:
Psychological control
Questions you should ask
You buy hold coin or you transaction?
These are the two most commonly used methods. However, buying and keeping a coin is the method that suits most people. This is a very simple, fast way of making good money in the top 20, like litecoin, bitcoin, ethereum. Ripple, store somewhere, do not read the news, do not worry about the transaction or the predictions the coin will die of the media. After a few years, they pulled out and sold.
In case you want to trade, the story is quite different, you need to buy on sale. And very simple rules, buy low sell high. As you know it is easier said than done.
Do you have money to invest?
If you do not have a lot of money, start with a small amount of money. Do not use debit card, plug the house. Plug the money into the market. The more likely you will be burnt bags. Only invest the money you have lost.

I feel sorry for them because your friends lost the hope to earn through crypto. With that said, they must be doing panic selling right now and spreading the negativity about bitcoin. All I know is that our minds is our greatest enemy and we must always learn how to conquer it for it can bring us the upperhand. To that end, always remember that you should only invest what you can afford to lose.

I think because of the market right now it's getting down some are living crypto they don't understand the situation and the roll of the game but me i still believing in crypto that's why i remain in crypto for the future.

Re: Even the Politicians have secret investment in Bitcoin

Yes, you are right. There are many people around us who are investing on cryptocurrency without showing it to public. Cryptocurrency is the safest way to invest your money and without letting other people know. Some of them also play role behind the market manipulation.

Its a proof that when you invest in bitcoin is safe because even the government has already in investing bitcoin cant you see even the higher Government is in to it,  The ethics guidance means the public will soon learn whether members of Congress are among those who’ve been drawn to what’s become a global investment craze. Bitcoin, the most valuable cryptocurrency, was initially embraced by those who were distrustful of banks and government control over monetary policy. But its meteoric rise last year brought the token to the mainstream and has even made digital coins a focus of congressional hearings.

Re: Why Bitcoin will delete all the others monetary systems ?
by
Phinoy
on 08/09/2018, 07:17:59 UTC
I recently read [/] "An Order-of-Magnitude Estimate of the Relative Sustainability of the Bitcoin Network" , from Hass McCook .

In this book , he made a detailed study about estimating the durability and cost of the Bitcoin network.
He compares Bitcoin against the gold industry, the banking system and the production of physical currency.
And , Bitcoin is by far the most energy efficient monetary system we have ever made !
Here are some numbers:

Banking system: 23340 million GJ (energy consumed) + 390 million T of CO²
Bitcoin mining: 3.6 million GJ (energy consumed) + 0.6 million T CO².

 Grin Grin Grin

I don't know yours opinions about that , but I'm really excited , I want that erveryone know that !  Grin Grin

I know guys that it's really hard to delete these systems , and maybe not possible , I just think Bitcoin is the best system , and I just want to share my opinion , to touch a lot of people , and sensibilize them , it's important.
Nowadays , a lot of people are still thinking that Bitcoin is a scam , " a bubble" , they don't know the technology , they speak before learning , they don't understand and don't want to understand.
And I want to educate these people, it's my mission , and I sware iI will succeed : my goal is that people understand what is the potential of Bitcoin !

I don't see anything to be rejoiced about here. The fact is bitcoin is not replacing or deleting any other financial system especially fiat. The worst case scenario would be they both coexist which is something that I see happening. The banks would eventually adopt the blockchain technology to do the same thing they are currently doing but this time, in a more efficient and secure way that is made available by blockchain. The reason for that is simple the technology is open source which makes it easy for any intelligent developer to work on it and for banks that have either in-house team of developers or dedicated consultants for that purpose, there won't be any serious issue in getting a solution.

Your statistics sound right but decisions such as this are not made bases on statistics alone because it goes to the very foundation of the country if they are deleting their own financial system.

Re: Are you aware that some Banks accept Bitcoin?

In September 2014, PayPal announced that it is partnering with three bitcoin payment processors: BitPay, Coinbase, and GoCoin. With their help, the company will now offer PayPal merchants the opportunity to receive bitcoin in return for digitally downloadable items.
Where is the source of this your news because i have known or heard of this before, paypal are so strict that they wont want to integrate something risk in making transactions like bitcoin.

I already heard about that rumor some banks for today already accepting bitcoin as exchange it is a good new's to as bitcoiner it is easily to as to exchange token  or bitcoin and itis safe.

Re: Crypto is dangerous....

on 27/08/2018, 13:20:19 UTC
My point was the same, Its dangerous if you let it.
The good thing is i get to give the papers again so i just learned a free lesson, with no bad effect or anything. But now like i said, i learned the lesson, This was just to tell people who are going with same situation to not make it everything for you...

Now i'm going to give the papers again, So my future is perfectly safe (For those who said i destroyed my future for $200).
Let this post be here though, in my here all i need is $20000 for me to live my life easily without working or anything, So is it possible to turn these now $280 into $20000 ?

It's not only the scam that we have to be aware of there are more resk the biggest risk is the declining trend of the crypto you invested. According to OKEx exchange, “Trading of digital assets involves significant risk. The risk of loss in trading or holding digital assets can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether trading in digital assets or any levered or derivative digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.” It alerts investors to be aware of high risk existing in digital currency investment. The important is you have to understand the rules and be updated always.

Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency?
by
Phinoy
on 27/08/2018, 12:09:44 UTC
The question is a bit ambiguous and I don't think there is a clear answer. It's as if someone had wondered years ago if the world was ready for smartphones, electronic money, go shopping and pay with the mobile phone, etc. These tools simply appeared and people started using them. With cryptocurrencies something similar will happen, in fact, it could be said that this process has already begun although it's true that it's being slower than we would like.

Is the world ready for crypto i think it's already in intire nation and most of people are involved in bitcoin today and some are in investing already so all i can say that the world is already ready to crypto.

In believe that in  life no coward will take the bold step to make an investment irrespective of the value of amount. I totally disagree the statement of cowardliness just because they hope for better prices the  ext time. I thinks is about time we eschew the comment of cowards and staff and also avoid skirting about issues of crypto and deal with reality.

There are no cowards in people who are working thinking how to survive daily life but when we talked about bitcoin and investment it is another option we have to be smart enough to all investment you are unto because we are talking about money there is no cowards if you are sure that the money or coins is safe.

The graph says it all, no further explanation is needed for this, but again for some clarifications, I'd be happy to help, the market goes up, then goes down, then goes up once again, this is the normal flow of BTC market, it normally goes like this, and no matter what we do or say it will just continually go like this, whether we like it or not, the progress has been so far, BTC has made it far and will continue to go further.
The Bitcoin price has today dropped 12%, taking its year-to-date losses to an eye-watering 50%, after South Korean exchange Coinrail warned users it’s reviewing its system due to a hacking attempt because of this lot of bitcoiner will lost of effort in posting because of low exchange in market.

Re: Will Bitcoin continue to fall this year?
by
Phinoy
on 26/08/2018, 21:21:16 UTC
Will Bitcoin continue to fall this year?  After the $18,000+ rise, bitcoin has not yet recovered from the great fall. Will it continue to go lower and lower? Or do we have hope that it will hit high this year?
What do you think fellas?

Hey Bitcoins all time high was above 20k, post that there was a influx of fud that was directed at the behest of the governments, and was carried out effectively by mainstream media. If you have seen the charts bitcoins has formed a resistance level around 6k mark, even the recent rejection of bitcoins ETFs didn't shake the prices, which is a positive indicator for it. I'm expecting to see some upward movement towards the end of the year, as we have usually seen it rising upwards during that period, plus if the Cboe etf clears we should see a huge spike in the prices.

As we have notice right now bitcoin today is falling sharply in the market but no one can predict when it will be up again so we can't say it will fall continue this year because none of us here can say it will fall we just have to trust bitcoin will rise up just wait and have more patient.

Re: What are the opinions on bitcoin’s future
by

on 26/08/2018, 11:48:34 UTC
Hello everyone, what is your opinions regarding Bitcoin Futures. Some say Bitcoin will dip, some say will double.I heard that most of the countries were going to change some rules on Bitcoin, That will effect on the value of the Bitcoin too. What will you say? What are your opinions?
I doubt very much about bitcoin's future, but according to my analysis, in the long run, bitcoin prices are in the bearish cycle, you can see that the market is falling sharply during the last few hours and that is the price. of altcoin are falling amnhj under, so I believe that at this point you should only invest short and trade on bitcoin.
We do not exactly know what might happen in the future but as I can predict maybe bitcoin's currency might rise up. There might be a significant increase of it in the future after it fell sharply.  I guess there will more and more people try to use bitcoin.

Re: INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS !!
by

on 20/08/2018, 21:17:09 UTC
As Blythe Masters said :

“You should be taking this technology as seriously as you should have been taking the development of the Internet in the early 1990’s.”   Shocked

So just put money every months in bitcoin and others altcoins , just a bit , but with the time , it will be a snowball !

But remember ,  WHEN YOU INVEST , JUST THINK THAT THE MONEY IS LOST ! and invest what you can loose !

Here my best Cryptocurrency Portfolio :  Wink

  • 30% BTC
  • 20% ETH
  • 15% NEO
  • 15% ADA
  • 15% FSN
  • 5% ICOS

Of course, I don’t have regrets in investing to my assets like Bitcoin. It was designed for the long-run, as it was meant to be a difference maker in today’s generation. It’s a good thing you have that kind of portfolio, and just believe that it will be worth it in the long run.

Investing it is a decision that can make only if you have a plan in the near future that what you want to have or want in your life because if you are in investing there are so many threats specially scam that's why if you invest there is no holding back so be careful of what you doing in your coin.

Many of american people buy bitcoin for their retirement, so they save bitcoin for long term. I have the same plan with them, I still thrust to bitcoin rather than other cryptocurrency. Although people said that save wealth in form of bitcoin is risky but I knew that I take this risk with good reason.

Just like so many people who are in bitcoin they where in buying bitcoin and some are in investing and some are they keeping there coins for the future but the risk is we don't know if the time comes there is no have bitcoin but we also know that we don't no when bitcoin come up or that time bitcoin come higher.

Re: Bitcoin grows everyday through Shared knowledge
by
Phinoy
on 19/08/2018, 01:02:20 UTC
I came across a quote made by someone on this forum which goes like,'An open mind is one of the best assets when it come to cryptocurrency'.
This quote got me thinking, to make bitcoin (cryptocurrency) grow everyday in relation to clearing all misconceptions people have, we need to share our little knowledge about bitcoin on this forum. Sharing of  knowledge will create an atmosphere for people to be open minded and also help newbie investors to understand the crypto world and the market. I realized there is quite a great number of very helpful people and resources on this forum.
What do you guys think? Do you agree with me?

The development of bitcoin is through how citizens share and talk about it. All information that is posted will give people knowledge about it. In that case, they can acquire knowledge to be able to understand what that thing is. Huge number of people have helped bitcoin to grow more and more, day by day. Information from the public helps bitcoin to become popular all over the world.

Re: Bitcoin anarchy
by

on 18/08/2018, 20:38:36 UTC
People aren’t dumb enough to put their information in blockchain and make it public. A little bit of regulation is needed because bitcoin needs more reliability of the mass public. Otherwise its demand wouldn’t be increasing anytime soon. Besides, the market is still very volatile and manipulated by whales. Bitcoin isn’t weak, it’s just passing through a correction stage and when it ends, we’ll see its price rocketing.

Most people in bitcoins are no have idea about the purpose of bitcoin and it's anarchy bitcoin is the catalyst for peaceful anarchy and freedom. It was built as a reaction against corrupt governments and financial institutions. It was not solely created for the sake of improving financial technology. But some people adulterate this truth. In reality, Bitcoin was meant to function as a monetary weapon, as a cryptocurrency poised to undermine authority. Now it is whitewashed. It is seen as a polite and unassuming technology in order to appease politicians, banksters, and soccer moms. Its purpose is sometimes concealed in order to make the tech palatable to the unwashed masses and power elite. However, no one should forget or deny why the protocol was written.

Re: Newbies to Bitcoin can be dangerous!

on 12/08/2018, 20:56:59 UTC
I have been in the scene for years and I still know very little about EVERY aspect of this technology.

those who know more are always like this. in other words you are knowledgeable enough to know your knowledge is nothing but a drop of the ocean.

and regarding these newbies based on what i have seen i think it is mostly because of merit system. many of the topics that are created with a technical subject are for gaining merit. some of them even ask you to give them merit if you liked what you read!

I think being a newbie in bitcoin is not that dangerous coz some are started as newbie even me started newbie and the situation ia already like this so we don't have to get scared if what you think or doing is right.
