by

on 17/09/2018, 21:30:14 UTC
Jack Liu, the founder and CEO of ALLIVE, recently attended the Demo China Autumn Summit 2018, China’s most popular start-up and high-tech networking convention. Attended by thousands of investors, media groups, and startup companies, the event showcases promising high-tech projects and services. In line with the theme of the event, Liu delivered a keynote speech on the future of blockchain in healthcare and discussed how ALLIVE aims to play a central role in the intelligent provision of healthcare.

In addition, ALLIVE also recently partnered with Ontology, a high-performance public blockchain project that facilitates inter-business collaboration and data sharing. This partnership was announced in August, and it is a key component in ALLIVE’s vision of enabling different players in the healthcare space own and manage their data regardless of the form or the source, even if it is from healthcare service providers, wearable devices, medical R&D institutions, medical financial services, or medical support groups.

Most of the investors I've come across both online and offline are still very confident in what Bitcoin stand for and has to offer. For as long as Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is still in existence, lots of people will continue to have confidence in it.

Re: Donald Trump's Gives Gives Hope For ETF Future

Frankly speaking, I think the SEC will delay the decision as much as possible. Keep the crypto universe uncertain and keep the pump and dump on for more time.

My thought exactly as they would create uncertainty in the Cryptoworld, only to give in the approval when so many might have list hope in it. Irrespective, the good thing is that crypto definitely is the future.

Re: Stop allowing manipulators to switch you off and on
by

on 14/09/2018, 21:46:22 UTC
This is what often happens in the cryptocurrency market.

Sometimes you just see the price of the entire market going dip as a result of statement made by one influential person. Such persons are agents of FUD and yet you continue to reverend them because of their past or current achievements. They scare you to sell cheap to them, and later, they reverse their statement through someone else probably their cohorts, then the prices start to skyrocket again, then you start playing catch up to buy again even at prices far above what you sold to them. And the process goes on, starts all over again.

My friend! wise up and stop allowing someone to switch you off and on. You are not a toy robot.

Learn to stand your ground amid such manipulations or low market prices.

Over time I've come to understand that is the way of the whales to continuously make chunk of cash from panic sellers, which they amass chunk of their choice assets and sell high when it begins to pump back. All investors especially newbies need to understand this now to prevent them selling for less.

That FUD about them backing off did some damage though. It's a great example of how people react to bearish news in a bear market and at the same time how little or no effect have bullish news. You can put some unimportant bearish FUD and people start ripping their hair out, but when this gets busted nothing happens. People who sold are afraid to go back in because what if there's some new FUD and another panic. The strangest part is that people never learn and it will happen again in the next cycle.

The FUD really caused lots of havoc in the cryptospace. Thank goodness its been refuted and most definitely things should begin to take a new shape henceforth.

Re: Bitcointalk and CMC continue to lose influence over cryptomarket
by

on 14/09/2018, 18:20:03 UTC
So your logic is that Bitcointalk must be in control for a price to increase? What if we are now getting more traditional investors who watch cnbc or fox business for their crypto news or read the wall Street journal. Is this bad for the price in your mind?

I'm equally surprised how the writer wants BitcoinTalk and CMC to influence the price of Bitcoin and altcoins in general? Surely if any predictions from such website goes wrong then the writer or poster will surely be nailed down.

Re: Be careful with fake exchanges
by
Phlaser
on 14/09/2018, 08:58:20 UTC
For those of you traders, please be careful with fake exchanges, because I found a VERY SAME exchange that makes no difference at all like the exchange on EtherDelta, the fake exchange link that I saw I got from my Gmail inbox, which message it was contains about giving tokens like AIRDROP, and there I am given a registration form link and in the form there is a fake EtherDelta link, and this is the link http://EtherDelta.website, and this is the original EtherDelta link https://etherdelta.com/. There is no difference at all in the two exchanges, the images, features and others are exactly the same, so please be careful.

Secure your private key, secure your wallet, do not easily believe things that invite you to get rich instantly, do not easily trust advertisements, because crime is not just at one door, who knows there are many other fake exchanges, therefore be careful.

So many of theses new exchnages are terrible and one can easily lose his or her money. Best is to deal with some trusted exchanges that have earned their trust over the years and got good support team.

Re: If you were to spread the word of Bitcoin..

Curiosity surrounds the world of Bitcoin, that's for sure. But if you were to be asked to introduce Bitcoin to someone who knows nothing about it, how would you do it? What approach will you take?

EDIT:

In addition to the question, how did you learn about Bitcoin? Do you think your first steps into the crypto world is something you want other's to experience? Or would you rather have them take another path that might shed more light on Bitcoin better

It took me a hard time to really understand the whole concept of Bitcoin not until I pertook is a matrix schellme... But if I'm to teach someone, I would start by explaining the banking process, shares and then link it to digital assets with good and quality videos.

Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT
by
Phlaser
on 11/09/2018, 17:40:16 UTC
                              In an economic sense,
An INVESTMENT is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth.
                                        In finance
An INVESTMENT is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide income in the future or will later be sold at a higher price for a profit.

I really don't want to turn these into an economics class but the both definition of what investments are clearly should settle the argument of whether BTC is truly an investment or not.

It is just exactly what it has always been. More reason some set of investors always want to get in when the price is low and sell off when it is high, which is commonly termed TRADING.

Re: Thank god its not bullish again
by

on 11/09/2018, 13:43:16 UTC
Bitcoin's price has once again fallen down today to $6,315.

One of the great benefit of this bearish trend is that more speculators and new investors who just want to get rich overnight have mostly moved out or still moving out of bitcoin in search of another magical high ROI giving asset.

Thank God its once again not bullish.

Atleast bitcoin would be left with its loyal holders who wish to enjoy and support this technology by using btc for payments, etc.

With the steady rise and fall of Bitcoin price, a good trader can me making extra 200-500$ consistently with Bitcoin movements. This is a good venture though for those that really understand the market trend.

haha, he is talking about ethereum not cryptocurrencies in general and he is trying to explain the fact that his shitcoin is getting dumped hard by claiming that it is normal and it is happening to everything. but the fact is ethereum is getting dumped and it won't ever go back up to its ATH or anywhere near it even if they start pumping it up again. it is failed project already.

Ahahahahha. You really got me on this. The dump in the price of Ethereum wasn't funny at all. It took me by surprise cause I never anticipated Ethereum going below 200$. I look forward to other wonderful assets taking the position of Ethereum as per smart contracts.

Re: Bitcoin Can Be More Efficient Than Bank Transactions
by
Phlaser
on 10/09/2018, 21:49:53 UTC
Bitcoin transfers even between countries on average the administrative costs are very cheap. Obviously more profitable than banking transactions, the administrative costs of which are still expensive.

I hope that all banks can see opportunities for Bitcoin to be utilized. Although I acknowledge the central bank's concern if Bitcoin transactions are used for prohibited matters.

One step that can be done by the Bank is to allow Bitcoin transactions on condition that they have to be registered on a special platform. Later the patform must be accompanied by a central bank permit.

This means that all bitcoin transactions must be recorded by regulators, now there are many illegal bitcoin transactions without permission and without supervision from regulators.

There is one country that can use it, for example in Japan that allows transactions with Bitcoin, even for payments in retail stores.

The government in Japan actually allows retail stores to accept payments via bitcoin. There are 4,000 stores that accept bitcoin payments. So far there are no problems. Even the Japanese government is making its own cryptocurrency.

All the points stated here are facts and everyone agrees 100%on them. We can only wish for the beest of Bitcoin in real life application and until that happens before we can wholly enjoy the benefits of Bitcoin.

Let it fall to the lowest price so that you get minimum risk of loss from buying at price from where it can fall more..

I quite understand your perspective on the Bitcoin price but you should know that your lowest choice price you wish Bitcoin to fall to is quite different from someone else thus no matter.how low it goes, it will still be expensive some other investor(s).

Re: Even the Politicians have secret investment in Bitcoin
by

on 09/09/2018, 16:33:50 UTC
DO you know that even some of the so called politicians have secret investments in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies that no one may be aware of? I believe this is one of the reasons why some of them have double stand when it comes to taking decisions on the adoption or regulation of cryptocurrency. Some of them are scared of publicly supporting crypto. What do you think?

I'm very quite aware of the that fact most are into Cryptocurrency. It took me by surprise the day I got to know about it but then it's a Decentralized ecosystem for everyone to come on board. I believe though that most are into it to understand how it works for them to make a good decision about it's adoption/regulations.

Let's make more companies to accept bitcoin payment.

I have send email to some companies in the UK to ask them to add Bitpay as a payment option.

Let's start an Operation Bitcoin. All of us send emails to companies to ask them to accept bitcoin.  Smiley

A wonderful way to support our one and beloved Bitcoin. With such act, most companies, if not all won't have any choice than to add bitpay to their payment platform. I'm definitely going to intensify in doing this as well.

Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand
by
Phlaser
on 08/09/2018, 18:32:30 UTC
I engaged with young people and layman people in my communities on the quest of exposing them to cryptocurrency. During the period I discovered that they find It so difficult to understand the concepts, they are so much acquainted with fiat currency and traditional ways of making payment transactions.
I will be impress If I can get a valuable ways and methods in making them understand what cryptocurrency is all about and engage them actively.

Just as everyone was at some point in time, the simplest of arithmetics now was once very difficult to understand. The first time I heard about Bitcoin, nothing was understood until after about 6months then I went back to it and discovered it was far more simplier than I thought. Knowledge is with time and more importantly dedication. So take it easy and start from the craddle then you will be able to pass the knowledge on effectively.
