PayGlobel is just a big Scam. They've stolen my 23USD, from my PayPal, for more than two weeks. I wanted to exchange currency from PayPal to Skrill... But unfortunately I used PayGlobel.com (Never try to use this website for any purposes)

On 07/12/2019 I was looking for an Exchanger site to transfer currency ($23 US) from my PayPal to my Skrill account [...] I used PayGlobel which promised an instant payment... Till now I haven't received anything.
I have sent several emails, always same answers, the customer chat doesn't work at all.
Please don't use this service (payglobel.com) for any purposes.
