Everyone (the press / media) acts as if Bitcoin was somehow hacked.  Bitstamp is a private company which buys and sells bitcoin and they left their keys in a place where crooks found them.  There is nothing wrong with the key - the key is very strong.  The quality of the key isn't the problem.  The hiding place was crap.  Don't leave your freaking keys out where thieves find them!!!!

Use escrow. Pichita left positive trust for a scammer, who left trust for another scammer. You get what I'm trying to say  

Paypal or not.. there is no reason not to use escrow. Don't fall for that you can always chargeback excuse. You're just supporting scammers.

Vilksatus, Escrow is now part of any sale involving PayPal or the like. This protects you as well as the buyer. Sending hundreds of dollars to "a guy from the internet" is not going to happen.
