No answer so far, just some lazy answer on email with brief answer
Yeah, the customer service on technobit.eu is virtually nonexistent. I have written several times regarding my VAT status, and received no reply whatsoever.
Bizwoo please review my order and pay back rest of my BTC.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the refund was for 0.07821 BTC per chip regardless of how much was paid. Look at it optimistically that you didn't end up with worthless chips in the end.
If the auction was mine then I will give you the difference between what you paid in the auction and the 0.082. This, I will do once we get the refund.

I think (for what it's worth) they are actually going to deliver the ASICs. Also, if you are an EU company, you save on 23% VAT.

The LTC is going to stop being profitable as soon as the majority of GPU miners switch to LTC. I would suspect that in 2-3 months. (but well, who knows?)
