央行新规或将推动比特币现金（BCH）的普及
最近，央行又出了一个新规定。从明年4月1日起，扫码付款将设单日限额500元。12月27日，中国人民银行正式发布条码支付业务规范和技术规范等文件，明确支付机构提供条码支付服务，必须持牌经营，同时将根据风险防范能力的不同，对扫码支付进行限额管理。对于静态条码支付，也就是常见的商户贴在墙上或打印好的二维码支付，无论采取什么交易验证方式，同一个客户单日累计交易金额都不能超过500元。
这一政策的出台，虽然在支付安全上保证了用户的利益，但是对于很多商家而言却是增加了很多麻烦。不过，这一政策的实行也给加密货币带来了更多的机会，尤其是不拥堵、低交易费用的加密货币，如比特币现金（BCH）。
去中心化
虽然支付宝支付、微信支付给我们生活带来了很多方便，但是他们都是中心化的，是有第三方控制的。而且不管是支付宝还是微信都是和银行直接挂钩的，是受政府领导的。像比特币现金（BCH）这些加密货币则不一样，是通过程序算法出来的，是不受中央机构和第三方的控制的，是去中心化的。交易双方是直接交易的，无须通过第三者。而且对于一些需要保密的交易，加密货币的匿名性也具有很大的优势。
小微支付
之所以说将要实行的新规会推动比特币现金（BCH）的普及而不是其他的加密货币，是因为比特币现金（BCH）相比于其他加密货币而言更适合小微支付。因为与其他加密货币相比，比特币现金（BCH）具有网络不拥堵、低手续的优势，能够快速处理大量的交易事务。在小微支付中，比特币现金（BCH）的交易费用基本上可以忽略到不用考虑。
网络效应
提起小微支付，有些朋友也会说莱特币、狗狗币也具有交易费用低、网络不拥堵的优势，为什么不用这两种呢？对于一种常用的支付货币而言，仅仅有优势是不够的，还需要有强大的用户群体和网络效应。比特币现金（BCH）在短时间内复制了比特币的网络效应，并获得了众多用户的认可，这些是莱特币和狗狗币所无法达到的。就像人民币，人们之所以使用它来交易，是因为交易双方都认可，具有共识。比特币现金（BCH）也是一样，拥有更多的共识。
不限额
因为比特币现金（BCH）的交易是不受第三方控制的，仅有交易双方进行决定，所以是不存在限额这个问题的。不管是政府规定的限额还是银行规定的限额，对加密数字货币而言都是不起作用的。因此用户在使用比特币现金（BCH）支付时是不会受到这些影响的。
安全性
央行之所以采用限额，最重要的还是从用户的安全角度出发，以免用户财产受到损失。而比特币现金（BCH）采用的是世界上最强大的区块链技术，能够最大程度的保证用户的资产安全。
央行这次推出的新规或将给加密货币一个机会，推动加密货币行业再上一层楼。
