Dear Patatas, would you please provide any facts before saying that publicly?  Smiley

OK let's move our conversation here since you wished to publicly discuss the status of your account at Pocket Dice. We don't mind that at all.

First of all, we've noticed some fraudulent actions being performed today from the account associated with titttiez@yahoo.com email address. We clearly see that you have managed to successfully hack the accounts of several of our users and to cash out the funds.

Before getting you banned completely from Pocket Dice (and the evidence was more than enough to do that without any further ado), we've ran a small research. We've looked through the history of our communication with you in our support service. Quite surprisingly, you're just the same person who had started this thread a while ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1730517. As we have mentioned previously in that thread, you are the one who had performed a number of queries to our support team regarding access to other users' accounts, saying the account belongs to you, but you have forgotten the password. As it is clearly seen below, you're saying: "this is my only account".

Having done just a bit more of this quite shallow research made us find an even more interesting thread that you've created: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1733129. No comments.

Seriously, if you continue this style of behavior, you're always going to get banned here and there. And the more you do, the less supporters you're going to receive through threads at bitcointalk.

Cheers

Hi there,

You've sent us an email message from the email address associated with one of the accounts at Pocket Dice, asking to remind you of an email used for another account on Pocket Dice, while that second account was active on site and playing. You were saying in the message that this second account was yours and you'd like to recover it which doesn't really look like truth.

Also we've checked the history of our communication and can clearly see that you've sent us such queries previously asking to either recover the password or turn off the 2-step verification on other accounts, that you've claimed to be yours.

We'll be able to help you either if you send us your request from the email address that is associated with the account you're asking about, or if we have any other evidence that the account belongs to you. Otherwise it would be not secure to complete your query.

Hey everyone!

Apologies for not posting any updates, though there was no news apparently, as we have been trying to use our Xapo coldwallet to process the withdrawal of chelashin, but still no success. They have implemented a KYC procedure for all users and this has taken LOT longer than expected. Actually we still don't have access to our funds in there, the support staff is really hard to reach and overall experience is really disappointing Sad So all we had to do is just wait to be able to move some BTCs across our projects for this cashout, as we're not holding much money in the hotwallet.

What we've done now:
1. We have unblocked chelashin's account at Pocket Dice.
2. We have added some funds necessary for the cashout of 87 BTCs (last win of chelashin, making it a total of 102 BTC profit).
3. We've sent him an email describing how to withdraw the funds.

Our reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, so after the investigation was over we were doing our best to be able to process this withdrawal asap.

Moreover, many of you have noticed we've had technical issues with deposits/withdrawals lately causing us to even stop the website. The bitcoin node was not working correctly so we have stopped Pocket Dice for maintenance. These problems have also been solved, everyone's received their transactions, all support tickets have been replied and looks like everyone's pretty much happy :slightly_smiling_face:

As for the casinos you guys have listed – yes, coinpalace.io is one of the projects we own, all the other websites from the lists you've posted are using a white label of our game (mainly these are casinos built on SoftSwiss platform, but we also provide the game to some other casinos and even faucets). Payments in there are operated by the site owners, and we only provide the software.

Once again, we're very sorry for inconvenience.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone!

First of all, we'd like to thank you all for your patience and really HIGH attention to this case. You're a unique community and this is what makes us believe in great future of bitcoin!

As for the investigation – sadly it is still being carried out, but we're going to announce the results really soon. We're sorry for this slight delay, but this is necessary for safety of all our users' funds.

Also we'd like to point out that we've been paying out wins to chelashin for several months with no hassle, but this exact payout was counted as suspicious by our security team. No reason to worry for chelashin if there was no actual fraud.

We'll keep you updated on this case soon.

Hi everyone,

First thing that looks strange to us in this conversation is why are we speaking to user's friends, not the user himself? Smiley

Second and most important, we ARE going to process this amount if our internal investigation shows that the Terms and conditions of Pocket Dice (located here: https://pocketdice.io/terms-and-policy) have not been violated.

He's been playing for a rather long time, done a lot of rolls and has been winning big amounts on the long run. That's why the investigation takes longer than expected, still the following statement: "The investigation is at the maximum 7 hours no more" is more like wishful thinking, not reality.

Hi!

The account of user chelashin and all of his rolls are being thoroughly investigated right now, as it seems there happened to be violations of Pocket Dice policy. His account has been temporarily blocked now as he was trying to withdraw funds through tipping his friends in chat prior to the end of investigation. Once we're done with the investigation, we will post an update here and in Pocket Dice official thread.

but I wanted to see you guys proving this by Rolls system because the number 5 has 11 % chance in 1 roll , 6 rolls would be 0.11 ^ 6 . What becomes impossible in a random system , whatever it is .

How do you want us to prove it? Basically there's probability on one side and our provably fair system (that was MUCH improved lately) on the other.

Hey again, Dhanilo!

Please see the table with probabilities of all possible results below:

As you may see, some results have higher chances than others. Getting a 7 is more likely than getting a 12.

Chances of getting a 12 six times in a row are 0.03^6 = ~0.00000007%, though chances of getting a 7 six times in a row are much more likely: 0.17^6 = ~0.00241376%.

Hi Dhanilo!

We're sorry to see you're disappointed, still when you're giving out LOTS of bonuses, as we do in Pocket Dice, the Terms and Conditions have to be strict, so that the bonuses are not abused by the players.

Our Terms and Conditions for bonuses are located here: https://pocketdice.io/bonuses/terms and there you may find the following:
>>>6. All bonuses are limited to one per person, per household/IP, unless otherwise specified.

In this case we are 100% sure that the account you're using is duplicate, so there won't be any bonuses for this account (and your other accounts too, except for the one you choose as "main account" through support). Also, we do not disclose the heuristics behind multi-account detection, neither do we send any IPs in this case.

We're glad this thread appears to be so important and relevant for you. We appreciate all your feedbacks and solutions you've offered. Some of them were really helpful and effective. Right now we updated our system to make it more secure from any future attempts of hacking.

Of course we understand that the most effective way to fight double-spends is to require confirmation of EACH deposit. Though we always have to balance between providing world-class user experience on one side and security on another.

Once again, many thanks for your support!

Double Spend on Pocket Dice
by
Pocket Dice
on 20/07/2015, 15:16:43 UTC
Hi everyone!

Today we'd like to talk about double-spending.

We've had a player named yakuza699 – he's got the same username on bitcointalk and is actually a Hero member here, which means he's a respected part of the community. Here is a link to his profile here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=136722.

He's been playing Pocket Dice for a while now using the same strategy over and over: he makes a large deposit, places a couple of low-risk ALL IN bets, and then withdraws. All his game sessions have been profitable for him though yesterday he returned to Pocket Dice, deposited 71.38 BTC and lost them all. This happens sometimes as this is the game of chance. What happened next was he double-spent his deposit transaction.

So why are we writing all this? Just to say you all should beware of any kind of cooperation with yakuza699. Moreover, you should never seriously rely on user's rating at Bitcointalk.

Has anyone of you ever had any cooperation with yakuza699? did he also double spend in your web services?
Any ideas on how to solve this will be aprreciated.
