Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money?
by
PokerFace3
on 17/11/2017, 17:21:15 UTC
I will invest 90% to bitcoin and 5% to altcoins. With that investments, I don't think that I will ever get poor again even if I live luxurious after bitcoin reached $10k. It's the best jackpot than the jackpot that I would receive.
The crazy thing is that Jackpot can only come once in a while and that chance or opportunity may be the last for that person.

Most people do not know that and instead, they go back gambling it. The best like you have said is to invest it and if you want to even try your luck next time; at least you would know that you already have enough that you can afford to lose whatever you want to put in.

For me, the jackpot would be like my luck giving me a chance to be rich for the rest of my life and I would not even bother trying my luck next time with what it has already bestowed on me.

Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet?
I think theres no way out on how you can trick a bot of gambling and most of the time i really don’t want to believe you seeing from the internet which they like scamming people and losing everything they’ve got in gambling since gambling is designed to lose people who try to play in it.
Honestly, the truth is that online is even worst. Most of these sites will only tell you that the site is provably fair but there is nothing fair about it. There is no trick available in gambling, and even when using strategies, it is best to know that anything can happen at any moment and the house edge will always win. Playing safe by using some strategies can only help you for a while but not forever.

Re: Gambling and Relationships!

i have not heard or seen any women gambling they sometimes do support there love because he might feel she is his good luck otherwise there hasn't been many people in a relationship who are both gamblers if thats the case i cant imagine what their children might be
That is changing bro! I was on cryptogames recently and with their chat system I noticed a lot of women on that site gambling and I was amazed.

Not like I cannot say women cannot gamble but I have noticed it has been more pushed to men and if you go to offline casinos, hardly will you see women except for those who came with a guy to support them or just having some fun around. But now, with the online casinos being able to hide identities, a lot is changing.

Re: Bitcoin Will Crash Below $3000.
by
PokerFace3
on 17/11/2017, 15:21:27 UTC
There was a rumour on zerohedge today that the reason bitcoin bounced back up from $5600 was some big hedge funds deciding that this was the time to buy bitcoin. See

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-11-13/mysterious-bitcoin-dip-buyer-identified

While this big money moves in (perhaps stung that they missed out the $1000 - $7000 rise this year), bitcoin's price is supported.

What happens next depends on whether bitcoin's rivals can gain usage for their coins.
The truth is that there are so many investors waiting for those opportunities.
Zero hedge may have been fast enough to quickly pick it up, but there are so many people on ground waiting for that moment as well, which is more like, a first come first serve thing.

That is the level of support bitcoin is gaining and there are so many top players looking to buy at a good price since that is the best they can get it and that is what makes it more fun.

Re: Altcoin future
by

for the moment I trade all my altcoin with Bitcoin because I think Bitcoin will keep on increasing and increasing.

I would recommend against this.
You are trading cheap altcoins for bloated Bitcoin.
Eventually Bitcoin will go down and altcoins up. You will lose too much.
it depends on his strategy and if he has one, I do not expect him to have made a big mistake with the decision he has made so far. There is still enough time to get into the altcoin train since most of them are still low, and even if bitcoin will have to come down, he must have made a lot instead of the losses he could have made from the dip of the altcoins.

Even if bitcoin would go down, it would end up as a correction and if he can get the timing right, he should have gotten back into altcoins before they get pumped.

This doesn't affect myetherwallet, does it?
I think the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, but then its impact and people's trust will go very low.
E
Can ethereum classic do the same things that ethereum does - the smart contracts and all that...?

No it doesn’t. It only has to do with Parity wallet which is not something good at all as it affects the whole Eth community.

It could happen to anyone as long as you are holding ETH. This is one of the reasons why Waves will start being the next best option very soon with this sort of vulnerabilities. This is the second time something like this will happen with Parity.

Re: Save the value
by

Yes save the value because bitcoin price will increase again.  We cannot predict the price seems to be but it is good hold and risks because outcome will be good.
BTC has always been unpredictable and so far, I can only see the work of whales waiting for someone like OP to make that mistake he is about to make and then take the profit. Whales are normal market movers and manipulators and they are huge traders looking to make profit.

There is absolutely nothing we can do about them than to either watch the market movement to make trading decisions, and if you miss it, leverage on other means to make profit. Simple! But the best shot is to HODL.

Re: what do you think about bitcoin price in 2018?
by
PokerFace3
on 16/11/2017, 08:32:30 UTC
I think this bubble will end before the end of this year or at much the first half of 2018. Resulting in a long lasting bear market. But before that there will be some more bull runsans and price will touch 10K or even 20K.
My crystal ball said it.
Many people have imagined a lot of bubble ending and then we just kept seeing the value increasing over time. I remember sometime on this thread that someone said bitcoin can never go past $15 and then even if it does, would come back to 5-10$ and stay within that lane. Well, we are here today and it has even gone far more than anyone back then would have expected. I guess so many people sold a lot even at that value back then and they must have been regretting it now.

Re: Cancellation of Segwit2x and it's effect on BTC value
by
PokerFace3
on 14/11/2017, 18:37:35 UTC
So i just read that the controversial segwit2x upgrade was just cancelled.
Reference link: https://www.coindesk.com/2x-called-off-bitcoin-hard-fork-suspended-lack-consensus/

I'm curious to hear what people here think of this and it's effect on bitcoin price.
Is it time to go back to altcoins maybe? Or will this solidfy bitcoin position?
There would be a little bit of correction now that the coast is very clear and then after that the value will keep rising and the same cycle over again. The pumps are already getting pumped and that is really not affecting the value of BTC much as we still have it around $6600 - $6300 right now, but I guess time will tell at the long run if we will hit below the present support or if we will start seeing another ATH.

Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed?
by
PokerFace3
on 14/11/2017, 13:12:51 UTC
Fiat money is currency that a government has already declared as legal tender in many countries across the world, so I think it's not possible to get crashed.
Fiats can crash against themselves anytime as some of them get strengthened. I am in a country where Fiat has experienced some crazy huge crash for a while before it started getting strengthened back after the intervention of the government with some strict monetary policies and controls.

It is normal and with most countries that rely mostly on importation, they are always bound to experience this since they depend on USD for making merchant payment, without leaving out corruption within the system as well.

Re: Is USD being used for illegal activities?
by
PokerFace3
on 13/11/2017, 18:30:08 UTC
For me it has a possibility that USD can be used up for illegal activities. Because such as terrorist create and use this money on anything they wanted. Unless, someone can detect and stop this bad activity.
In fact all currency in the world was used in different criminal activities, maybe USD is included in this some illegal transactions. Even bitcoin have a risks and there's a possibility that in the future, bitcoin value was used by the terrorist to buy some items that they used in war. Because if we analyze all terrorist are a lot of connection in different part of the world.

Every thing is possible in this World.I agree this blindly.Because with the fact I had seen,I had come to this conclusion. So,it's possible to make use of dollar in Illegal activity. Why not dollars? Even a Bitcoin is possible.
When something has got good in it, surely it will have its negative part. Even if something is developed for good deed, surely people try to find the loop hole and tries to hinder and use upon necessity. Same is the fact with bitcoin, it gives the ease in access for illegal transactions, though usd is the one that's been used for illegal activities.
Right. There is nothing with an advantage that does not have its disadvantages as well, at least as far as I know. The mind of humans, most especially those who have made themselves the evil doers, will always find a way through everything. Not only USD, but other currencies have been used for illegal activities and I do not see how even bitcoin or other cryptos would be different.

Re: “Waves-NG” - Waves to become the fastest blockchain platform in the world

I feel that Waves development is going great and its sadly not known coin. Basically its not under radar. Everyday I look into their blog and other sources that they claim very great news for future.
The development is really going fantastic and I am very impressed. I really want to see how this ends up with the level of push it is going to give it.

I have always been very optimistic with this project and I believe this news would really tell much on its value now and in the long time. It should also be able to give Ethereum a real competition over time and I see it even getting bigger.

Re: Alt buying time
by

on 12/11/2017, 16:39:17 UTC
I think it's best to buy alt now since the next fork date is uncertain. Try to buy altcoins that are good for long term investment and you will definitely gain some profit. due to the delay of the fork, alts are soaring high as of the moment and it will continue to do so over the next days.
Right. Very uncertain for now since the segwit2x upgrade has been suspended indefinitely.

Obviously, they have noticed the support has dropped hugely and there won’t be any point moving ahead. This is just the perfect time to start buying altcoins because most of them right now are already on green which in the next few days we will start seeing some huge percentage increase in most of them.

Re: What is the best way to quit gambling and start trading??
by
PokerFace3
on 12/11/2017, 16:12:47 UTC
Without the help of respective professional person, you are not going to get out of the spell of gambling. You need to realize first that you are gambling addict and afterwards discuss it with the person who is most close to you.

Tell your family about your problem and ask them to take you to psychiatrist or psychologist for proper treatment. With the moral support of your family, you can overcome this evil urge.
Yes, it is difficult in the beginning to quit gambling and go for some other productive way of earning such as trading. Addiction is nothing but a psychological state that has to be molded in a manner so that it does not leads you to the same task again and again. The best way indeed is to state trading along with the gambling side by side.

But, let your focus be diverged towards the trading only and in the end , you will succeed in giving up on gambling because trading would help you earn much more .

Re: Should I start gambling site?
by
PokerFace3
on 12/11/2017, 15:51:43 UTC
Your post guys are just on the top of something that confirms that cryptoearner will not pursue his plan of making his own gambling site. We know his budget is quite tight and it's a difficult to start with any business with that amount but you should start reading again the recent posts as his executing now to sell his dice script to anyone who's interested of making his own gambling/dice site.
Though it is going to take a lot of work, I think you should go for it, because in gambling, the house they say always wins but you are going to need licenses to operate your online gambling business depending where you are located in the first place.
There is no doubt in it that no matter who wins or loses the game, the house is always happy because with every single game they do earn profit. Yep, it is not an easy task to establish a website and that too of gambling when there are already many sites in the market. You need to give something different form others so that people get attracted towards your site. Good luck, mate!
It is quite a difficult task to create and then run your own gambling site in the online system .the first thing required is obviously lot of money to buy a working script that is going to pay you heavily. On the other hand, a skilled team of workers that would keep your site operated 24 hours so that the whole business runs smoothly.

Despite of all these difficulties, only those are functional that are licensed by the authority. If someone is able to get through all these hurdles, then obviously he should go for this profitable business.

Re: My first day of trading
by
PokerFace3
on 12/11/2017, 15:28:17 UTC
Other things to keep in mind are the fees that are all over the place. There are a few exchanges that have coins that are not available on the others, in order to make money trading those coins, we have to beat out the trading fees and still have enough of a mainstream coin to withdraw and have made money. These can kick your butt, many small traders jump on a 100 Sat difference in price and give that money right back to the exchange in the fees here and there.
I do not consider the fees to be much of a problem if you are using the right exchange and you have a good amount to trade. I started trading with just 0.01 BTC and I was able to grow it. Those little 100,000 sats are some of the little gains I was making for a start and it was really awesome.

Bittrex will not charge you more than the percentage they would charge you on the amount you are trading normally, what is just important is the margin in the profit you are making on that trade which won't make sense if they are very small.

Re: When ICO rush will stop?
by
PokerFace3
on 12/11/2017, 15:02:08 UTC
Hi, everyone!
I became familiar with ICO world only 3 months ago, now I see how many new projects have appeared during that period.
I think the amount is enormous, so many different projects even with repeating ideas!
When do think will this rush stop and why? Huh
No one can really say but as we start seeing more regulation of ICOs, we will start seeing some reduction in them and we will only get to see those who are serious and not just ready to do away with people's cash. However, it is a new era and I must say the rush is still going to be very much consistent for a while. So many ICOs are gradually coming up every day and I am surprised that investors are not getting tired. Grin

Re: What if everyone withdrew their coin in fiat?
by
PokerFace3
on 12/11/2017, 14:43:42 UTC
It will not have an effect on Bitcoins' supply because the supply of Bitcoins will just be the same. Imagine a gold being converted to fiat. The gold supply is still there and in fact remains the same. Just that you have fiat in exchange for value of the gold you once held.
We are even the ones that fixed the value based on how we have perceived it and as long as bitcoin remains valuable and useful, there is no way everyone would want to dump what they are holding. Even if at all we have only one person buying and decide to buy everything from everyone's hand in the world, bitcoin will still have a value for him. But really, this is something that cannot happen, so it is really not worth imagining.

this will really affect the sharp decline in prices, this process is long and just seems to be an outrageous one Smiley
It is really something that cannot happen. Unless bitcoin becomes extremely worthless that no one is willing to buy is when we will see such crazy dump. Even if everyone decides to drop all they have, we have to understand that it is at least one person that is buying all of them, so at the end, everyone cannot dump their bitcoin for fiat.

I just checked coinmarketcap. Are you sure the UFR is listed on any exchange because from the way I can see it, it is not.
I would advise you wait a little bit or contact the devs to know if it has been listed on any exchange as that is the only way you can truly know but for now, I will assume it has not been listed yet.

If it ends up being listed, just head straight to the exchange that it is listed on and exchange.

Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ?
by

on 12/11/2017, 13:31:12 UTC
GAmbling lords wont let anyone to overpower them.specially in winning against their system.every measure or actions we do they will make counter attacks.maybe in the first you can use those but the end of the day winnings is on their side.for me better to rely on luck coz thats the reality on gambling.we will win if we are lucky
Gambling owners are not totally gambling lords but just a businessman with do have knowledge on gambling and for those people who do have the idea on how gambling works and do know that it is a profitable kind of business on where they made on their own and as you said they wont really let those gambler do milk on the site which would possibly make them bankrupt later on.This is why theres no strategies or patterns regarding on how you gonna win.
At least we could even say in real life casinos, probably you can do some little bit of tricks to be able to detect what your other opponent is playing in some games, but online casinos and the only option you have which is playing with computers, there is just no way to it. Definitely, we might say provably fair or something, but mathematics cannot help when the house edge decides to take a hit on you.
