So, I tried. In several days I collected over 80k views and over 30 clicks with a simple banner. I never use any popup on my websites. Everybody hate them and I didn't want to waste my visitors.
So after five days of experiment with 80k views my balance is $0.000. Absolute zero. No one poor cent. I emailed my manager and asked about it. No answer after 5 days.
In this way I can make conclusions:
- Popisle don't care about customers, they don't replay your emails.
- Absolutely poor earnings, or not earnings at all, at least with simple banner. But I'm sure the same is with popups.
- I wasted my time and ad slots. With this kind of views I earn $20 with other network.
BTW, my visitors come from 'good' countries: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and similar.
Don't waste your time and precious space on your websites.

We do reply to all of our customer service requests. We reply 12 pm to 12 am EST. We have not had a single inquiry not replied within 12hr. Even in this forum reply in next to instant
We do specialize in pop up advertising not banner ads as mentioned in this topic several times.

unfortunatly i don't see the jpeg file, the hosting is offline (i have see 1 hours later and already now but the page is every time offline)

yes it is true, it is the lowest you will get. I specifically posed the lowest rates so that people know what they can get if they have traffic from low paying countries like Russia etc (the other 24 on the list). I do not want to mislead anyone.

Horrible network with very low rates, do not waste your traffic on this!

Also I saw a post with some traffic sent to us under 100 impressions. We only show money if it has made one cent or more. Even if you have very little traffic and do not make one cent a day it accumulates so next day or wherever it makes one full cent it will show.

We cannot really do this at this time as our system is set up in US dollars and Bitcoin payout account is not connected to the system. We will be doing conversions live.
It is logical though. I speak Russian but unable to write in Russian.

I just wanted to add that we lowered automatic payments to 2$ whenever requests are made to Bitcoins.
Also I saw a post with some traffic sent to us under 100 impressions. We only show money if it has made one cent or more. Even if you have very little traffic and do not make one cent a day it accumulates so next day or wherever it makes one full cent it will show.
Moreover do not use banner ads , it does not make much money. USE POPUP/POPUNDER code only to maximize your revenue.

actually, the bitcoin info is saved in database. (in other words it works already you just need to have $2 to cash out)

Whats earn rate for every ad size and pop-ads? is your ad network CPM or CPC model ?
I do not recommend to use banner ads
they do not pay out as much as popups/unders
our share rate is 60%
example if you have 1000 popups from unique ips (no fraudulent traffic like bots) and world wide
we get about 20c-1.50$ at the beginning (if traffic is good it can go 5 times that)
you will get 60% of it
