The Distribution is made in an attempt to make a fair and community-oriented project.
15% to Developers - Used to pay for developers and as a backup if funds for project are to run out.
15% to Promotions - Used to promote and thus expand ZipCoin's community.
20% to Pre-ICO - Given to the first backers as a reward for supporting ZipCoin at an early stage.

What is your goal for funding?
Our goal for Pre-ICO is 250 ETH. Our goal is smaller than most projects because we only want to request the funds that are needed for the project. We are not looking for a profit in the actual Pre-ICO/ICO as we are a community coin that will benefit from many users getting involved.
Small goal... I like it. That means early investors get more gains because the market cap is small

We are wanting to release the Alpha before the new year, and, if funding is completed, we can most likely get the beta out in late December or January.
Does this mean the Pre-ICO people will get to apply this to the project this year?
