Actually,it depends on one country's population are how much educated,sincere,honest and responsible to their country.Also depends on this country's government,political issues,development system,managements etc.

In my opinion, don't take population easily. If you're living in a over populated country, then you should personally take some planning about yourself. As population growing rapidly, you must take care that whether you also making population high or not.

Actually it's their personal choice i guess. Many of people in the world thinks that Islam creates ISIS and that is why they hate Islam. As i am a Muslim so i have no reason to hate my own religion.

Rape is a big crime so it's punishment should be also big. In Muslim countries, the punishment for rape is only death and there are rape rate too low. So i think the only punishment should be death.
