Re: [ANN] [1080 | 1080TI] ETHlargement - The Hashrate Hardener

I got 6x asus 1080TI strix running on HiveOs. After trying different settings for hours and hours I ended up with a pretty weird setting. It is by far the most economical.

Mem -1200 ( which is in afterburner -600) 150W core +140 get's me a total of 250Mh/s. This is with phoenixminer -strap 2. No Pill.

Something is definitely broken with the pill. I wish somebody could fix it for us, dag 4gb caused is for sure. Feels like it should be a rather easy fix but I really can't be sure.

Been awhile since I have been mining Eth with my asus strix 1080ti's. Getting 40 mh/s now on 155W 150 core 1000 mem with pill. Used to be 50 mh/s?

Am I missing something? Is this because of DAG size change? This with HiveOs and Minerstat.

What mining software / pool do you guy's use for GRIN-31 on 1080Ti's?
by
Porrit
on 22/05/2019, 09:43:50 UTC
I'm currently mining GRIN-31 on HiveOS with Bminer. Getting around 1.45 h/s per 1080TI on core +185 mem +1025 PL 180.

I use f2pool because they have a direct link with Bitforex, makes it easy because no GRIN wallet is needed.

Only thing is I get a constant 10% less hash on poolsite. Measured for a week. I was wondering is it Bminer or F2pool where the problem is.

I know pool site is often different from reported hash but 10% measured on timeframe of 7 day's seems a lot to me.

What do you guy's think? Any recommendations on mining software? Or maybe a pool ( I really like the fact F2pool got the exchange link )?

Happy mining  Wink

What does the —oc1 and —oc2 do? I’m mining Beam on Hiveos with 1080Ti’s. Allready applied oc and pl within hiveos. Do I still use -oc1 or —oc2?

Love miniz by the way 💪
Hi Porrit,
The --oc1 and the --oc2, just help miniZ to tune the algo according to
your overclock settings.
You first you should do the overclock/power limit like you usually do,
and only then try to start miniZ with --oc1 or --oc2 to see if you get an extra boost.
Thank you for using miniZ. Smiley
Cheers

Thanks, it does not make any difference for me. Oc1 gives worse hash and oc2 the same hash as none used.

No point of mining. All volume on both exchanges is fake. Especially p2pb2b. Top 20 is nonsense. Been trying to sell there for a week now. Only bot trading there, always right under my sell order. Lol can push the price 200% up or down by changing my sell order.

P2PB2B exchange is only fake volume. Been trying to sell there for day's now. Order books shows buy's and sell's but that's just a bot. My sell order is alway's first and like magic the history shows buying and selling 1 sats under my order. Other exchange is no volume.

Anybody wants to buy otc lol

What is going on with this coin? I mined bithereum at the start few weeks ago. Pool is telling me I’m payed 1891 BTH. Explorer tells me 1785 BTH. Trying to sent with Guarda to exchange. Keep telling me transaction failed.

Pool:

Explorer:

What is going on, fix this please. What a mess

Support mining beam on leafpool and nicehash.
Fix the regression where /api/v1/devices is occasionally unresponsive.

Grin mining on stock settings:
10.8 G/s on GTX 2080Ti
7.90 G/s on GTX 2080

7.10 G/s on GTX 1080Ti
4.60 G/s on GTX 1070
3.20 G/s on GTX 1060 6G
6.76 G/s on GTX P102
4.00 G/s on GTX P104

AE mining on stock settings:
11.0 Sol/s on GTX 2080Ti
8.30 Sol/s on GTX 2080
6.90 Sol/s on GTX 1080Ti

4.37 Sol/s on GTX 1070
3.15 Sol/s on GTX 1060 6G

Please see https://www.bminer.me for more details.

Happy mining!

Still no good on my 6*1080ti. My celeron 2.4ghz is at 100%. 13.2.0 still much better on windows

Bminer 14.0.0 mining AE is asking to much from my cpu intel celeron g530 2.4 ghz. Its running at 100% which is a problem because hashrate is a lot less than 13.2.0 for me.

13.2.0 was allready running at 90% of my cpu. Got 6 1080TI strix cards cuda 9.2 windows 10.

Please fix cpu usage because its to much!

I have the same issue 5x1080ti and 2x1080 , 100% CPU and less hashrate from 41 to 35.. obviously there is a issue.

Thanks for letting me know. Was looking at windows if there is something causing it but can’t find anything. Everything is off, like defender etc.

I’ll just go back to 13.2.0 and wait for the next version than.

Any news on speed improvements on Aeternity mining, hspminer seems to be faster than Bminer.

And will there be AMD support for Aeternity?

This is one of the worst start of a coin I ever witness. Can't even get a decent explorer working weeks after their launch.

Now I can't even dump my mined coins anywhere lol. Talk about a shitcoin :-)

Started to mine Aeternity but I found out something is off with Bminer.

I only get local 20 h/s and pool site 0.238 Ksol/s with 6* 1080ti on pl 70 gpu +100 and mem +500 on driver
398.11. Same result with driver 417.35. Tried both a couple of hours

Why is it so low? Hspminer gives me 0.340 Ksol/s pool site.

Its stated by Bminer like this:

AE mining on stock settings.

local output is 2.98 H/s on P106, around 0.046 Ksol/s on F2pool.
local output is 4.30 H/s on 1070, around 0.061 Ksol/s on F2pool.
local output is 4.54 H/s on 1080ti. around 0.073 Ksol/s on f2pool.

Love the page builder!

Would be awesome to be able to split the "current/min/max hashrate" per miner. Now it shows total but I am mining raven on 1 miner and etc on a other miner. Now it just adding up those different miners. And a 24h hashrate would be very nice too!

Are there any plans on a ios app?

Thanks for all the hard work!

I purchased a 6x 1080TI Strix Rig from Veselin. Really good experience!

All components came in original boxes. Fans where never used, like buying brand new cards!

Took about a week to sent to me here in the Netherlands. Even got a invoice. Excellent service.

And last but not least, Veselin always answered my questions really fast. Needed some help with rebuilding te rig, may thanks for that!

100% recommend to buy!

Program to auto control temperature on 1 target nvidia 1080TI?
by
Porrit
on 09/11/2018, 18:53:29 UTC
Hi Guys,

I really like how OverdriveNTool sets a static temperature on amd cards. I mean it auto controls the fan speed on for example 60 degrees. Does anybody knows how to do this with a nvidia 1080TI rig? OverdriveNtool doesnt work on nvidia and Afterburner can't do this right? Only set custom fan speed graphs.

Thanks!
