Hi guys.. Is it safe to buy upvotes? Won't our main account (the one starting the thread) have risks of getting banned??
Your main account is not the one at risk when you buy upvotes so you don't have to worry about that.
On the contrary, you still need to be careful. Make sure that if you purchase a lot of upvotes, comments come with it or else it will look weird to mods.
Is this still available? I hope I can still take advantage of this since I was already scammed by other "upvote providers" and would like to make sure this time.

Re: 5 crypto currencies to invest in 2018

My top 5 picks are Eth, XRP, Menlo one tokens (ONE), WePower, and Eloncity.. Of all the coins/projects, they have the highest potential to shine imo.
now it's difficult to determine whether investing in IO is still safe or not, but in my opinion, maybe now it's risky because of the many scams IO have lately, and distinguishing between where IOC is good and which ico is bad is also difficult, because of the quality ico, who is a scam and ico, who succeeds is inversely proportional, there are some ico who are scam but have a good rating, and there are also ico who are successful but the ico has a rating that is not too good.
I think ICOs are just getting started.. It's true that the popularity some ICOs are just inflated from hype, but with the launch of Menlo One's ICO marketplace, risks will be lessened significantly through their unique guild and proof of reputation system.. Link to their whitepaper: https://www.menlo.one/

Re: Possible solution for frauds? What do you think?
I do not know how, but the Menlo.one project promises to find scammers. There can be no algorithm, but they will do it manually, but it will be wonderful. I think everyone is already waiting when fraud will be at least less.
yeah I think their algorithm is for their proof of reputation system. I think it rewards "honest reviews" if I'm not wrong... Fraud is the biggest issues of ICO investors I think.

Re: Should I invest in BTC, Altcoin, or ICO

I think ICOs are indeed high risk but could potentially yield high rewards depending on a lot of things, most of which revolving around the dev team. I'm currently anticipating a project called MenloOne that's going to be an ICO marketplace allowing us to buy ICOs and manage our portfolio. Its team also mentioned that it has developed a proof of reputation system that will help stop fraud (not sure how this works yet). Has anyone heard of this project and can confirm if the team working on it has a good record?
Personally, I believe that the Eloncity project will be breakthrough and revolutionary, I believe that the team will succeed and eventually the world will become better. The problem of expensive energy is very relevant, for this reason there are many wars. Guys, be sure to visit the site https://eloncity.io or telegram channel https://t.me/Eloncity
I've heard a lot about this project recently, the CEO used to work for the chinese giant e-commerce company Alibaba and one of their advisor used to work for Nasa.
Any insights about Menlo.one? I checked the video they linked https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw1QBpBYE6o and it all seemed great but I'd like an opinion from people who've been around long enough to know whether or not it's worth the risk or not?..
More and more merchants prefer crypto payments. With the DAI stable coin integrated into Paybear's system, I'm sure that merchants will flood in and make Paybear their primary gateway especially since it minimizes risk in terms of having to deal with the crypto market's volatility.
I checked Paybear's site and it still doesn't seem to support DAI at this time. Have they announced a date as to when they might have it integrated?
The DAI platform is already up so I hope that Paybear is already working on their integration. I know that they are new in the business, but it doesn't seem like merchants who partnered with them are disappointed.
They offer the lowest fees so far which is exactly what customers want. It's been 4 months since they launched and merchant partners still keep increasing.
I've been using Paypal for my online shop, but in my opinion, it gives too much power to customers because of the dispute system. Paybear has been one of my prospect gateways for crypto payments and still discussing with my partner for our final decision.

Wait, isn't this the complete opposite? I think the U.S is actually printing more money than ever to stay afloat amidst its huge debt..

I would say that your investment could easily go down the drain just as easily as it could jump to the moon within a day. That is how risk:reward works especially for this unregulated market.

We can't really say how Bitcoin will do in the future, but i think that it will soon climb back up as soon as regulation talks are done and over with hopefully before 2018 ends.

I don't think that countries banning Bitcoin would really have a long term effect on price especially since people are surely able to look for ways to continue in trading/buying Bitcoin.

Re: Is opening a bitointalk account isn't free now?
It is still free but due to some rules like evil points IP is under observation then it is possible you to pay some small fee otherwise Bitcoin talk is free and huge community forum.
How do they determine those "evil IPs" and is paying really the only way out of it? Seems weird to me since I don't think newbies would want to pay just to be able to start posting newbie posts...
It is safer and more trustworthy than any gambling place or casino in your area , bitcoin gambling is transparent you can verify every single roll , you don't have a big bankroll and most importantly your profits don't get taken away as tax. It is safe and you can gamble anonymously
It might be transparent but the odds are still 49%/51% which gives us the gamblers a losing edge in the long run no matter how you look at it.

I really think that BTC needs to break above $10,000, the previous support now resistance, before we can confirm its recovery. Otherwise, we still risk falling bellow $6,000 levels.

Had you sold your house and bought Bitcoin, you would have lost alot of money by now. Times like these make good reminders that we should never go all in no matter how much we like an investment.
I always wonder when Lightning network will be implemented? Because the block jams hinder the BTC is the cause of the rise further, I think if Lightning network can solve this problem, so the btc will rise further, but I seldom saw about any new about the lightning network recently.
I think that the Lightning network will not significantly affect the price of BTH
With fees lowered to practically almost nothing, and transactions that are lightning fast, it will increase people's interest in Bitcoin and even have those who left return.. This builds up a real high demand for Bitcoin which will drive prices up to unimaginable levels....

If you think you can pay your bills and still invest more and more Bitcoin at the same time, then by all means quit your job to go trade Bitcoin fulltime. Otherwise, it's best to keep a stable source of income in case things go south with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is legit.. Why do people think it's controversial? Probably just passed their judgement without even knowing what it is..
