The point is multi-currency trading platform that will find shortest path to wished financial instrument in exchange of your financial instrument, instead of paying fees to traditional banking.

Pozdrav svima, imam malo veci problem sa svojim rigom koji je proistekao iz neznanja..

1. Kupio sam napajanje Chieftec navitas 1000 sa samo 2 GPU izlaza
http://www.chieftec.eu/en/psus/navitas-serie/gpm-1000c.html

http://www.corsair.com/en/professional-individually-sleeved-dc-cable-kit-type-3-generation-2-red

I'm opening this thread because Goat closed the other one.

Thanks,

Does Your plan involve people to whom MtGox owes money and do not reside in US and Canada in the same manner as those that do?

Could anyone from Sunlot confirm that nationals other than Canada and US will not be counted as creditors? Or that Sunlot will not compensate them in any manner?

I've assumed that this must be dis/misinformation, because like you said, it doesn't make any sense.

Me too but such disinformations should be stopped and they keep on throwing words "creditor support" which is not helping as I am sure that not all big players were from US/Canada, and I haven't heard about Class Action Suit up until now..

They somehow made agreements between themselves without having proofs of each person stake in it? And definitely without talking to ALL creditors, as this is unreasonable to be made but it should be public knowledge (maybe it is?).

I agree bankruptcy is not a solution and debt swap is good idea but there needs to be more explanation from them, even if they are trying to get MtGox only for US/Canada customers, other creditors have to know this information, or else they'll get screwed.

@ John

There's a statement i really'd like to have confirmed:

It only compensates people from US / Canada.
The majority of the MtGox customers were foreigners (including me).
These foreign customers are not included in this Class Action

is this true? I live in Switzerland and you will just keep my money cause i'm not from US/Canada?
I really apreciate the efforts you do, but there are so many informations, that make you less and less trustworthy.
I am also from Europe and have stake. I do not understand how could that be possible? MtGox owes to everyone with equal rights.

If so, Europeans and other nations should organize and make appropriate claims so that we do not end up with nothing.

Could anyone from Sunlot confirm that nationals other than Canada and US will not be counted as creditors? Or that Sunlot will not compensate them in any manner?

GPU not recognised on CrosAir pro cables
by
Praeconium
on 10/04/2014, 18:26:20 UTC
I have Chieftec Navitas 1000W PSU that has only 2 common GPU outputs
http://www.chieftec.eu/en/psus/navitas-serie/gpm-1000c.html

I want to connect additional GPUs via molex but with PSU I got only 1 such cable. And I couldn't find anywhere CHieftec spare cables.
So I've purchased CorsAir Individually Sleeved DC Cable Kit
http://www.corsair.com/en/professional-individually-sleeved-dc-cable-kit-type-3-generation-2-red

GPU get both green lights, turns coolers but neither BAMT nor Ubuntu recognise the card on which I try them, I've tried card restart with cables, doesnt work, but the power doesn't seem to be an issue?

How can I trouble shoot the issue?

GPUs are Asus R9 270x DCII Top OC

I am trying to use historical and current data for major alts and so far I managed to obtain current prices via cryptsy API.

However, I want to be able to get historical ones as well.

What APIs do You use for this?

Re: ALT coin Indexes, like Dow Jones or SP500, but for crypto coins
by
Praeconium
on 19/03/2014, 19:52:27 UTC
This index is being calculated since 2013 so when it started it was based on coins that were traded with large volumes on BTC-e and Cryptsy.
But price absolute values are extremely different so you need some coefficients.
Besides some coins are more important (Litecoin, Namecoin...) so more weight in % they have.
If traded on BTC-e and also on Cryptsy - more weight.
And % were fixed at the beginning. It was necessary to calculate ratios. That's about ALT19 index.
And there is also ALT100 index where 100 coins included with 1% weight each.
Ok, coefficient is clear but why is it fixed if You claim that initial basing is on large volume? What if volume changes? How will You adjust for %?

ALT19 Index calculating
7 constant coins included:
Litecoin - 20%
Namecoin - 12%
Novacoin - 7%
Terracoin - 7 %
Peercoin - 7 %
Feathercoin - 7 %
Primecoin - 7 %
+ 12 variable coins (Worldcoin, Quark, Doge, Digital... a composition is changeable but it's weighted to match previous index values when there is any change)
Calculating is in BTC. First value is 100.
Care to share why % are fixed?
