I'm sure this project will be booming later, this project is really promising and I hope this project does not disappoint like most projects, most projects fail because they do not know how to develop the projects they create. it becomes a very difficult problem for us to know. good luck dev

is there a plan for airdrop?

What do you mean by a plan specifically? If you mean the “how” or the “when” the answer is yes. If you mean something else I’d need you to be more specific.

Something like this project reminds me of the Propy. They also called themselves the first campaign to combine a chain of blocks with real estate. As a result, their tokens on third-rate exchanges are traded at 37 cents. Question. Than you are better? On which exchanges are you going to trade?

Propy isn’t even remotely close to our project however, to answer your question directly, we plan to open trading on bittrex first.

looking forward to know about your plan for PAX Crypto Debit Card APP Wallet how you will make it work worldwide. You are working on it to get approval from VISA/ MasterCard or it's plan for post ICO and at this stage it's just an idea?

We are pursuing those partnerships and we plan on integrating the ability to spend any crypto at any moment in time anywhere in the world. We have advisors we are in the process of signing who have the necessary relationships to make the merchant services phase an amazing success. They will be announced once the ink hits their deals.

They have made it known that they intend to invest in spain and way down the line expand to other countries. So the speculation on the market they intend to pursue has already been answered.

We are jus disscusing profitable real estate business countrys and not speculating about REAL plans  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Maybe i disagree with their decision but who i am to argue ? Cheesy

Actually, the first post that everyone is responding to clearly states "So if anyone has read the update, Asia is on the list to invest" so they are speculating on REAL plans. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Anyway, it's a Spain based company, so it makes sense to start of with what they know
well, is very pleased that the REAL team - from Spain!
to have a real estate in this county is probably the dream of any inhabitant of the earth!
it's for this reason that you can say that there is the most liquid real estate, and therefore it will be very profitable to invest!

Spanish real estate is more attractive or liquid than London or NYC?

So I'm not really sure how this works... do we buy tokens and then that money goes to investing in real estate?

Yes, we buy tokens called REAL tokens and with that money we basically fund their company. The company then invests in real estate and present/list that real estate on their platform.

If you wish to own a piece of that real estate, you can purchase participation tokens (called RPPs) with your REAL tokens. Those RPPs then grant you the right to receive profits made on that real estate which will be paid to you in ETH.

Hope this is clear to you, otherwise ask away Smiley

Correct info. Real tokens can be invested in property and you get RPP's.

You invest your REAL tokens in a real estate, then, for investing, you will get RPP tokens, which are the security tokens that will grant you a share of the profits from the rental of the real estate you invested in, REAL will be on exchanges, RPP won't I think, so that is the main feature of this project, and of course you will be paid in ETH, which is good actually, so the token won't be dumped for cashing out Cheesy.

Can you just explain to me why you would cash out when you receive a dividend? If you received a dividend in the native token, wouldnt it mean youll receive even more at the next dividend? Isnt that why people participate in Dividend reinvestment programs (stock market tool/strategy)?

Is there an official list with upcoming Expanse ICOs or maybe one crated by an Expanse community member?

1. Tokenlab
2. CHCK-N
3. PAX
4. EXP.LIFE

Hi, valuable info, thanks!

I'm only just reading up on Expanse and Tokenlab. From what I understand, CHCK-N, PAX and EXP.LIFE ICO's will probably all run on Tokenlab. Is that correct?

And as the Tokenlab ICO takes place in November, the 3 other ICO's will take place after that?

PAX presale is Nov 1-15 and ICO is Dec 1-15

Why Are rewards paid in ETH and not the native token to the project?

Don't you think this is a good thing? I certainly do.. ETH is a very valuable currency and more stable and liquid than any new token that is still becoming established. Ethereum is going to have a long an happy life and will likely outlive most other currencies.
This means the derivative will always be valuable, regardless of the current value of the REAL tokens themselves.

"rewards"  - you mean dividends? Hm.. They ll paid in ETH? I know, that centra also will pay dividends in ETH. Dont know what is the reason for this...

There is no reasonable answer unless you take the line about ETH outliving other cryptos to mean that the native token will die but hey at least you got your reward......Also still trying to figure out how a liquidation event results in the payout/protection implied when the OP speaks of this as a secured token.

People would really talk regarding on dividends on  which is the main concern on here but same as you

What an earth you guys are talking about? Coin that gives ETH dividends dies? You mean it will drop in price? Who cares, more cheap coins that gives dividends for holders. I will be one of the first in the line trying to get it sub ico price if that ever happens.

Wouldnt it be better to have a token that pays dividends in the native token such that it requires a company go out into the secondary market and conduct a repurchase to make the distribution? Isnt that a price supportive value growing event?
I really don't know why people think that paying out dividents in ether is a problem. The value of this coin will rise due to more people investing in it.
People would really talk regarding on dividends on  which is the main concern on here but same as mentioned above if the price would reach on sub-ico then I would definitely buy on this one because I do believe on the potential of this project and as being said the more interest have been putted on this one then we can really expect later on the possible good results.

Well, one advantage of giving dividends with ETH and not in the native token, is that the price will rise, if the token holders get eth, then they won't have RPP tokens to DUMP, reiving dividends is like having an airdrop, people will just sell them at whatever prices will get them money, so as a result, token prices drop, if token holders are paid in eth, they will just dump ethereum XD.

That’s so ridiculous. Why would it result in an automatic dump? Why wouldn’t people hold to receive more dividends over time? Some might dump but why do we assume that every recipient would dump? I mean the assumptions here are wild. Also isn’t it the company’s responsibility to support the value of their token for investors? Investing in your native tokens value growth seems to me a better move. Imho. But maybe I’m just not going to be convinced.

REAL tokens are finite. At some point there would't be any REAL tokens left to pay the dividends to the investors. Sure, you are investing your tokens into the projects but on the same time the team also has to keep them or at least a part of it as you always can sell your property share again if you want. And no one is holding you back to buy new tokes with your earned ETH.

Sorry but again with a finite supply, going into the secondary market to collect tokens to pay a reward increases the value of the token not another token. I don’t care if they pay eth or real, it just speaks to the projects goals of either consistently delivery value to the native token or minimally increasing value to the tokenholders. If you’re okay with a team not maximizing the value of the token you hold, cool that’s your choice as investors. Best of luck here and stay tined for other projects that are tackling the space in different and potentially more attractive ways.

So in the telegram your will say things and tackle questions in more expansive ways? You still havent spoken to the question around how the properties secure the token, specifically how capital will be returned to investors if your project fails and you havent Given me a spefcic example based on the cities youve mentioned in prior posts that were in the developing world and meet your metrics around population vs shopping mall underdevelopment. Why would I leave this forum and go to the telegram to get those questions answered? Do you have any examples of properties youre looking at today that you could show investors to have them understand exact locations, prices etc that your company is looking to tackle?

For one more time I recommend you to carefully read our WP, where we give details what type of real estate we invest in and why we are choosing exact strategy, how we diversify and how minimize our risks and risks of our investors. Prior to asking questions, trying to overclock your account on bitcointalk, we recommend you to spend some more time analyzing our project. It might be useful for your upcoming pre-ico in closely the same type of project you pushing.

Ive read and re-read your whitepaper and what I'm trying to do is get answers to questions I had after reading and re-reading. I also recommend when people ask you questions, no matter how difficult, you respond to them. The Praetorian Group's model is very different so calling it a similar project would be deceptive here AND im not here trolling you I want to understand the model youve put out there and figure out if there are any advantages to that model. If you feel uncomfortable with the questions I'm asking that fine, dont get defensive, just refuse to respond.
We were trying to give you answers, however you not hearing them. The thing we are trying to deliver to you again and again is that it's a fail strategy to try to compare a shopping mall against an amazon, in cases where we will have a decision to invest in shopping mall - expert board will analyze much more parameters for every particular case, including area specifics. But this will be the dialog among expert board and investors.

The Amazon question was one of many that I’ve asked and haven’t gotten a straight answer. Using very general language about the experts on your board doesn’t answer the question around valuation metrics and property selection. Thank you for your time. I know I’ve asked some pretty detailed questioned that take some thought and depth to answer but I’ll leave it be because I see details are scant in these parts.
