This probably means that the scam is entering its last phase where the exchange tries to lure a few more easy victims before shutting down. I have by now given up hope on ever seeing my money again...
1. This is most likely only a ploy to gain some extra time (until 31 January).
2. Even if it were an honest offer, an airdrop solution would be a terrible approach and they have not offered any additional indication of how the process will be conducted etc.
I filed a witness report with the Singaporean police and included their entity name and number FINANCEFIRST PTE. LTD. (UEN 201706635G), their supposed Singapore address (107A TAMPINES ROAD #04-07 THE TEMBUSU SINGAPORE 534009) and their Ethereum account (https://etherscan.io/address/0x297b79fe04691363bb9a74acc1414c7d80ebea2b).
I doubt they will find them but it takes less than 10 min to file the report and you only need to leave a email address: https://www.police.gov.sg/iwitness
Even if the funds will probably be lost the legal entity (which does actually exist, I checked) and their officers can be fined and possibly jailed (hoping for the latter).
Has anyone else submitted an iwitness report to the Singaporean Police? That is where the exchange is supposedly located so it is the easiest starting point. It is very easy to do and takes less than 10 min. The more of us do it the faster they will probably act: https://app.police.gov.sg/iwitness/iwitness.aspx

BiteBTC is a scam exchange. They have frozen accounts, withheld withdrawals and are not responding to support requests. Instead, their twitter account is swamped with listing news to lure new users in. Also they appear to be the only exchange that even Coinmarketcap posts a warning on (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bitebtc/). I highly doubt they are from Singapore, given the many "loyal supporters" here, who have also made Russian posts. However, I will still file a police report with the Singaporean police authorities. Does anyone have additional ideas/intel?

I would also be interested in hearing whether anyone has succeeded in withdrawing fiat and how many other people are experiencing lockouts from their accounts
Hello. Today, after performing maintenance on the BiteBTC exchange (the site did not work), I tried to log in to my account, but the system issued a request to enter 2FA code. I have not activated this authentication !!! , respectively, I can not specify the 2FA code and can not access my coins. How could this happen?
hi, i had 2FA activated and now the login fail and a message will be shown, "whoops something went wrong"...this fucking scammers
this time, my case little different. when i try login biteBTC WEB site, login fail and show the message "These credentials do not match our records."

The same thing happened to me. Also, before being worried about my account being deleted, I have been waiting for a USD withdrawal to be processed for more than 10 days.
