Show me the TXID's from your withdrawals that appear on the blockchain, I think it is you who is not understanding. If you were hacked they cannot delete your account, it's not possible from the customer's end. So please show me the blockchain TXID's and we can trace them.

Now show me all yours so we can try to help you, even though you posting on numerous threads falsely accusing us is certainly not helping your case any.
We have people with 50 times more btc in their accounts and they have not had any issues. I think you got hacked, they took over your email and you are trying to blame the exchange. You did not use 2fa so clearly security is not a concern of yours either.

sure get me the txid's of all your withdrawals and i can tell you if they came from our wallet, very simple. As we stated we do not ever delete accounts and have been running since February.

This is the second time and the last time I am going to acknowledge you, your account was created on the 13th of November(REG DT shows this), you have one deposit of SCSY and that is it. Since you are being so persistent (to the point where I can tell you work for another exchange) I will post a screenshot of YOUR account direct from our server's backend. Please stop this nonsense no one wants or needs "1.2 btc" that you never had on here to begin with. Oh and you should really use 2FA as it helps protect from being hacked.

I am sorry this happened to you, when you spoke to support it looks like the person who did this also took over your email account as it is required to make a withdraw. We recommend everyone to activate 2fa as this stops 99% of all hacking. I can promise you our exchange would not take from any trader, no matter what the amount. We have people who keep over 250 BTC on the exchange with no issue.

We felt it was redundant to force all devs when hosting an ICO to do the video if PoD/Coinsource was already in progress, it is not a conspiracy I can assure you.

I thought you were a good guy but none of this makes sense to me.
How is it redundant to requires devs to make a video? Did you know coinsource doesn't even have videos of the developers they "verify"? After the equinox ICO disaster coin source released all the information they had. What they gave us was a fake id with a picture of a person that is not the dev. In what way does this replace a video of the developer talking about their coin?
Fact: C-Cex hosts Ucoin on their exchange with the ICO rule that they must provide a video. Dev is questioned about this and asked to post this video. Then C-CEX changes their ICO rules because no video was supplied even though the ICO was already taking place on C-CEX.
Based on this fact, you lied to everyone on your exchange.
You are talking about a coin that I have near zero knowledge of, if you feel like I lied to you then please contact me as my info is public and we can discuss it before tossing out baseless accusations. I was still under the impression that PoD and/or Coinsource was something people looked at for credibility, if this has changed how does that relate to lying? We didn't change the policy due to "Ucoin" we changed it because it was already an internal policy that we needed to make public after reviewing redundancies in work flow.
