Well drinking lots of water every day helps a lot. Usually thirst is triggered by the nerve system as hunger. So usually we take thirst as a hunger when usually your body needs water. So before eating something, we always need to drink first, to understand what does your system needs. Seperate eating always helps as well. Like eating either protein with vegetables or carbs with vegetables. Plate should not be big. Try to eat more seafood than meat, as chicken or meat build your muscules and your main goal is to loose as much weight as possible.Also exercising, mostly cardio helps: right diet and sport is the main solution.
