AltAccept.com works for both. I will write up a tutorial on it. I know Mystic Theurge is going to start taking ProCoin for his websites, so we have our first vendor, we just need to implement the code.

BTW, AltAccept.com opened and PCN is accepted there. Now we need to integrate a PCN accepted here button and find a few merchants to take it. It should be easier since it's a multi coin service.

Close your wallet. Remove all the files in the directory with the wallet.dat except wallet.dat. Copy the ProCoin.conf (case sensitive) in and re-open. That fixes issues every time.

Hi. No. Not too much to update. We are continuing to contact people to add or use the coin. Since the value is low we are not getting too many positive responses lately. It is a crowded field now.

We keep on working though. I have been working on a couple of decent proposals but there is not enough progress to report on. We will update as have news.

Great news on the Charitable Giving front. The wonderful website http://gravaco.in/ has added us.

That means anyone can add a Donate using PCN button to their website. We're integrating this with our ProCoin for Causes initiative. I have confirmed there are currently five working mining pools for PCN. That is a decent amount of variety. I have updated the main post with tested nodes and the best current config so people should have no problem adding more if they like.

This week is shaping up good too. More people are close to action. I think its important to understand that hard work is the only thing thats going to separate one altcoin from another. There's no way to avoid lots of selling/marketing. People for the most part won't just start using the coin on its own. We know this and are prepared to deal with it. After overcoming several objections lately it should keep getting easier. Thanks to everyone for all their support. We really appreciate it!

Which wallet are you using? If its Windows, make sure you allow 'Public IP Access' for any firewall you're using, otherwise it won't connect.

Everyone is doing a great job. I updated both ANN threads with more information on compiling, more nodes and on additional services. I am also close to getting a few more services added, which is always helpful.

That's a great question. Right now any price under 15 seems reasonable. There is a lot of room for growth.

Looks like this thread got a bit off topic. 

If anyone is having an issue with a pool, please take it up with the pool owner directly, preferably via PM. I have no way to verify any of these claims. I know the pools listed in the OP should all be working (they were as of at least a few days ago) and paying.

The difficulty remains low for PCN so the rewards should pay off for anyone who mines.

PCN is also low cost enough right now that for non-miners an investment may be in order. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting the coin. We appreciate it.
