Where do you set up escrow?

They say you can never be too prepared.

I need a few experienced people who have been in the space for years to review our new site, make recommendations, and ask the questions as if you were going to be putting in your own money so we can be better prepared.

We want to ensure we have everything covered that gives a clear understanding to non-crypto people of our project.

The last thing we want to do is lose them or confuse them.

Spend 2-3 hours helping us, and we will pay you $100 in BTC per hour through Escrow.

We will pay the same day, and depending on your merit and position; we would be open to paying in advance for each hour.

The only requirement is we require 100% discretion.  We ask that you don't talk about our project to anyone at this time.

What is the standard range to develop a good stable coin?

We have an amazing stable coin idea and everyone we talk about said it’s a game changer. 

My question is we are not programmers, so where does one go to find a company who can do this responsibility?
Someone we can put trust in to develop this and ask all the right questions to make sure we have exactly what we need?

thank you guys who responded above but I guess what I’m trying to figure out is we have an opportunity to develop a token for a community, it wouldn’t be something that the masses could use it’s only segregated for this one community in this country so being that it is only designated for this small population would a stable coin make more sense over a coin?  The only reason why we’re thinking a stable coin is because we cannot have the volatility that normal cryptocurrency carries. On the other hand this stable coin if we go that route it’s not something the average person will have access to purchase you have to live in this community in order to buy it. Now because it’s very limited as far as who can get this token it doesn’t make sense to list it on an exchange as it would be a private community token correct?
