¿Puedes explicarte mejor?

Any informed opinion on Cryptorocket.com? It looks too good to be true. Being obvious it will suffer the same fate as 1broker, I'm tempted to think they plan on scamming everyone.

En cuanto a Tradeview, me he abierto cuenta y he depositado a través de Uphold.

The BTCUSD positions page is broken. If it loads, last data are from the 22th, but it mostly just crashes.

BETI touched zero I think or close to it, I think we need a stronger bounce to avoid the bear. I am looking for strong push above 14500 before i think we are going to ath any time soon.
The low was more than 1000$ above the BETI expected price.

He said we must look at the closing of the weekly candle.  If it's above the previous week's bottom -- we recover.
But does previous week's bottom mean the previous week's closing or the previous week's low (the wick)?
Taken literally, the previous week's bottom is the lowest price of the week, in other words the candle wick.
Which would mean we still have breathing room.
It's done. The week he was talking about is over. We closed above the previous week's low, which prevented an ugly reversal candle.

Are there any other similar websites? I'm especially interested in the Total sum of active USD Margin Funding, as in https://bfxdata.com/swaphistory/totals

It is above the 0-line so what do you mean with ‘slowing down’?
How about taking a look at the red line here?

tl;dr: Everyday that goes by (except for a few weeks in a bubble), the exponent gets lower (red line rises slower) and correlation coefficient gets worse because this is not and has never been an exponential curve, and this will become more relevant as we leave the explosive first years further behind.

Yes, thank you jl2012 for one of the very best and helpful (long-term context providing) threads on this board.

You used to update a graph (as per OP) that, apart from price and regression line, showed the expected price of any day based on the best regression line up to that day. I thought that interesting. If you get the time and inclination, could you perhaps update it again at some point?

TIA

Please see last page. This chart doesn't need to update every day as it makes very small difference

Thanks - I was thinking of your "series2" red line which doesn't seem to have been updated for over three years. I appreciate that it barely murmurs on a daily or even monthly basis, but it does record the changes in the implied angle or 'aim' of the best-fit line and with it the acreage of our fantasy islands.

For an example (of the fun to be had) I still have a bookmark (which I think is from your work, a then best-fit that now needs the crotch taking in a bit):

https://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=e+%5E+(+0.006044++(+number+of+days+since+jul+17,+2010+%2Fdays+)+-1.82447+)

Oh how I dreamed of today back then!

You want this? I don't think it's very useful but anyway

How long until you reckon we departed an exponential line long ago? It's obviously slowing down irreversibly since 2014.

He said today that we can reach 15k-20k in few week (according to Google translation ^^).

 Native translation please.
Google translator is perfectly clear, except that instead of "breakdown" it should read "breakout":

"I wrote in late August, after a breakdown of 3,500 bitcoins can reach levels of 15,000-20,000 in a couple of weeks of candles.

Of course, before that, he set a trap for unworthy holders.

Well, now everything can happen very quickly."

[edited out]

Don't get lulled into a false impression of equivalencies between cryptos, merely because we have short term simularities (supposed synchronization) in performance - that happens sometimes, yet it does not necessarily play out on a longer scaler or even speak to some fundamental differences between them.

There seems to be one guarantee though, all crypto keeps rising in USD price regardless of bubbles and busts

Is this correct?

Sure all cryptos have been in a considerable price appreciation in regards to the dollar for nearly a year now, and sure, such ongoing crypto pumping can occur for another year or two (surely not guaranteed), but even if various cryptos are pumping simultaneously, that does not take a way from the fact that some of them are pure crap and they are just caught up in the pump.. so merely because they happen to be top 10 in crypto, does not necessarily make them good or good investments in relation to bitcoin, for example.

Also, we know that sometimes, you can make way more in various alt currency pump and dumps (maybe even 10x more than BTC or even greater), but those kinds of historical facts do not make those alt cryptos equivalent to bitcoin in fundamental terms - even though they surely are likely to be riding on bitcoin's coat-tails of success and security in order to achieve their own level of price appreciation that might dwarf bitcoin for short periods of time and even allow people to become rich faster, if they can play their cards right and not get scammed in such pump and dumps.

Anyhow, the recent consistent and ongoing superior price appreciation of various cryptos in regards to the dollar does not guarantee in any way that it is going to continue or even continue consistently when some of the scams are discovered, which could also take a considerable amount of time to realize that a large number of the cryptos are scams or at least they do not have fundamental value beyond theoretical and beyond a bunch of folks pumping money into them.

I would by far prefer more refined trading: Stop orders, and position sizing.

I think this is more about trading than about knowing which alt to pick.

Maybe restart the game after the summer with some improvements?
