Any ideas on what NEM will be trading at once alpha launches?
Still on the NXT AE.
Alpha coins will not be real. Beta coins will neither.
Only launch coins will be real and will be most likely first traded on dgex, poloniex or bittrex.
I thought the coins would be real on alpha?
No, and honestly, why would you want them to be real in alpha stage? The client will have major bugs in this phase, that is why it is called alpha release!
Im sure this has been mentioned already, but with current price that Nem stakes are making on the AE, How safe is a bitcointalk account being the only way to prove you own a stake. Would it be wiser now to insist that everyone takes the tokens or come up with another way to secure your stake. Wasnt bitcointalk hacked last year ? Personally I would prefer another way as the dumpers are being weeded out slowly atmo on the AE
cant insist on people claiming stakes.. its purely by choice! but it is far safer to get your stake on AE even if your not going to be trading it! much much safer!
You can show proof by doing a second payment to NEM from the address the stake was claimed from. Easy as that.
Don't try and oversell the AE.
A lot of people gained a stake without payment; writing articles, making a logo/currency symbol etc. so if anyone obtains a NEMstake token I'd suggest it be those people.

Am I correcting in thinking the coins in the alpha/beta will be fake coins, or will these be the real thing?

Sounds interesting. A refreshingly promising KLONE coin, I actually half think this one will come into existence.
Will the coins from the 1st stage be delivered evenly? And is there a release date?

Re: [2014-02-18] CNN: Could there be a $50,000 bitcoin?
Hi all, I'm a new Bitcoin user and I'm starting to generate some of my own coins. I have a few friends who are also using it now.
I am a programmer by trade and have a fair amount of experience with different platforms like linux, Mac OS, iPhone, etc.
I am interested in running Bitcoin on other platforms like iPhone and I'm wondering if there is any interest in this or if anyone has a problem with this. I'm also wondering if someone has already done this so I don't waste my time. Thanks!
My Bitcoin address is 1XPTgDRhN8RFnzniWCddobD9iKZatrvH4

Good luck getting anything bitcoin-related on the iPhone, Apple are notoriously against it. They recently removed the Blockchain app from the appstore with no reason.
