Since most of the team is from India, it makes sense to start there. And it's also huge market, with more than 1.3 billion people.

Yes you are right,fees went up alot,making it very hard for new ICOs to get on the exchange,so any help for them will be great,and you never what how that can develop later in the future.Loligo might even become leading exchange one day
