Medical Record storage is indeed a new area, and it is definitely needed in the marketplace right now!
From spending $6B+ in fines due to breach of patient information to 1,000 or more people dying due to lack of timely access to their health information we need an infrastructure that can securely connect to multiple electronic medical record platforms while giving patients the necessary access to their health information.

Gaining access to their health information via a DIW is definitely something of interest that all patients and people in general need, and the fact that they can access and share at any time, is a good idea!
The great thing is that even Hospitals or Private GP's can have access to this information if they participate in this project, image everyone connected, there will be no need for middle-men or back and forth procedures, no time wasted either.
I believe that Ripple and Stellar will be very different to other years, they will rise very high.

I should think so. If an ICO is or will be successful then bounty campaigns are worth participating in.
You can earn tokens for free by doing some bounty work for the ICO - it can be profitable.
Digital cats that you can breed, which turn into other unique digital cats and can be sold for more money later.. clogged up the blockchain for a few days, created congestion to the ethereum network and delayed transactions

I've seen most the ICO's you mentioned in your poll, they are all pretty impressive, DIW token, trade.io and sharpe capital being the best out of the ones you mentioned.
DIW in my honest opinion is one to look forward to for 2018. It will offer Decentralized Security. You can sign up to the early bird whitelist and also learn more about the ICO itself.
I personally look forward to this project, it will change the future in safety of personal information.

As we speak Stellar Lumens is soaring under $0.20 and is looking like it will hit an ATH. It's such an amazing site seeing smaller undervalued coins make a change in the market and bring profit to those who have been hodling for so long.

Im so happy to see Ethereum go over $500. It gave me an incentive to start investing finally in Altcoins.
