No , this is a no Ico coin and will never have an ICO as we don't believe in keeping bitcoin of investors and then selling wet dreams and not developing anything for the environment and our goal is development first .

The difficulty has not broken and is still 58 ,the blockchain is slow as mining has become unprofitable for miners and thus there is no incentive to mine .
What they do need to understand is that this coins are like stocks which we have developed in such a way that it can be mined easily until there is total 120 Million QUANT .
