Maybe someone who sold at the top and made huge profits during the bubble is buying back in so they don't have to pay capital gains tax.

mocacinno If you can help me I'll tip you 20 USD worth after tx fees drop. This is my first stuck transaction in over 6 years. I should have learned how to deal with this long ago but never had to.
I was in a rush and did't wait for my client to fully sync before sending. Now its 12 days later and I'm not sure if Bitpay will honor my transaction or what.

Using Bitcoin Core. I was going to use "abandon Transaction" or 'resend with fee" but they were both grayed out.

@Quantus With your signature still supporting 1 MB block i am not sure where you are standing, you are not supporting bitcoin nor BCH,  Tongue With the amount of hash power they have with the team behind that project ,how can you just spread rumors that they have lost all the hash power, either show us some proof or sit quite . Grin

I will not sit quite while my fellow bitcoiners are being scammed!

I support consensus; do you? Are you one of those big block fanatics? Do you hang out in /r/btc? Did your leaders support consensus when they stole Bitcoins name and reputation to bootstrap their shit coin for profit?

The people who follow Jihan Wu and Roger ver are no better then the fools who died at Jonestown. My only regret is that after your shit coin dies Bitcoin's reputation will be forever stained by this cluster fuck of a hard fork.

Don't feel bad OP I can grantee that money come form some rich venture capital investment firm or financier who wipes his ass with 100 dollar bills. Fuck-um you did good!

I would even like to believe the money might have come from Roger Ver himself or Jihan Wu. God I hope it did.

But get your coins off the exchange as soon as possible.

Its dead... its finally dead. There won't be a 17th block.

Link?  Proof?  How are you measuring hash power?

Are you just spewing out random thoughts based on what you want to happen, or are you basing this on some actual knowledge?

https://bitsonline.com/hong-kong-hostel-bitcoin-cash-joke/

Without these jokers we would still be on block number two. Think about that for a minute.

Just for reference how stupid small blocker you are. Some of ViaBTC contracts mine Bitcoin Cash no matter whether you like it or not, so there going to be next block for sure.

If it dose survive to 21 blocks it will be crushed by a wave of sell orders pushing it down into oblivion.

There is only one Bitcoin!
by
Quantus
on 02/08/2017, 18:05:29 UTC
The scam coin that tried to steal our name and our reputation and the scammers behind this will soon find out what hubris and greed gets you.

Bitcoin Cash is about to die in a pool of its own blood and piss!

There have been only 16 blocks mined of this shit coin since the hard fork.

This is the real reason the price is so high. No one can move this 'bitcoin Cash" shit coin because its network is nearly frozen. All the major exchanges dealing in this scam coin require 20 confirmations. (and were on block 16!)

At the current rate it would take two days to move 'Bitcoin Cash' from a private wallet to an exchange to dump it.

The vast majority of Bitcoin Users HODLers* hold their Bitcoins in private wallets on on their own hardware.

I will continue to do everything I can to warn the community from buying into this blatant scam. You have all been taken over by greed!

Over the next 24 hours you will see this shit coin crash harder then any shit coin in the history of crypto.

Ether take or ignore this advice but you do so at your own risk!

No one should have the right to take our name and our reputation to bootstrap another version of bitcoin without overwhelming support from the community.  We should be outraged but no, we are celebrating 'free money!" What is wrong with you!? Snap out of it!

The Bitcoin name is being dragged thew the mud! It took us 8 years to build Bitcoins reputation, were is the outrage?

We can not allow this scam coin to continue to use our name they must be stopped! We must do everything we can to make it clear to everyone that this new network has absolutely no affiliation with the core developers and supporters of Bitcoin.

It will crash and burn and when it does the news/media won't make a distinction between "Bitcoin" and "Bitcoin Cash" this will have huge PR ramifications! That will be with us forever!

You risk the value of your real Bitcoins by supporting these bastards.

You people... The Bitcoin Cash network has only managed to mine 14 blocks since the hardfork yesterday.

It takes 20 confirmations before any exchange will let you trade/dump it. Don't you see?

Starting around block 22 the price will drop faster then any crypto shit scam coin in history.

This shit coin will be finished within hours.

Edit: Have i been shadow banned or something? No one ever replies.

Re: Redeeming Bitcoin Cash using one machine only

First make at least 3 encrypted backups of your wallet.dat file and move atleast some of them to other computers or upload a copy to the web for storage. (make sure your password is strong) and change the file name or hide it in an image.
Then delete (or just cut/paste to your desktop) your wallet.dat file and make a new one. Make encrypted copes and Back it up just like the old one... then (make sure you don't get them mixed up!)
Copy the receiving address of your new wallet.dat. Then replace your new wallet.dat file for your old one.
Send your Bitcoins from the old wallet.dat to the new wallet.dat receiving  address.

Your old wallet should now be empty of Bitcoin but will have valid keys for Bitcoin cash.
Your new wallet.dat file will hold all your Bitcoins if you did it right.

uninstall the Bitcoin client and install Bitcoin cash client (using your old wallet.dat file) Now you can send your Bitcoin cash without fear of losing Bitcoin.

After you are done delete the Bitcoin CAsh client and run 9 million virus scans (BECAUSE FUCK THAT GOD DAM SCAM COIN!) then reinstall bitcoin client with your new wallet.dat file.

(use this at your own risk)

Bitcoin Cash is full retard it will take you 2 days just to send your BCC to an exchange to dump by the time it gets 20 confirmations it will be worthless.
