Your Startbucks price seems to be a little too high, from what I saw on the site most people sell them for less than 40% and on other site they go for even less, but if you can get buyers good for you, you will have hit the jackpot.
I think its fair to be honest.

I think people find it more convenient to use fiat. That is what is stopping people from using Bitcoin. Why would I go to a store that accepts Bitcoin when I could simply go to a store that accepts normal currency.
