I just want to make sure I understand you correctly here:


Does your name start with Z? If so during your first order you attempted to pay with a card belonging to someone else. Once you told us the name on the front of the card (Note: We didn't get the card number) we realized that it was a female name and you are a male, so we stopped the order process. We then informed you that you cannot pay with another person's card. Soon after we received another order with a different name (female this time) but the same email address, same IP, and different phone number. On the second order the phone number you provided us was a Non-fixed VOIP, which we do not accept, so we rejected your order.

If you could please explain how we scammed you without ever accepting payment information I'm listening.

It's not completely free for you. The reduction in fee is out of our profit, not the total cost.

Here is how it would work for 60% off:

We normally make 7.09% profit on credit card orders, after
the 3% fee our credit card processor charges us. We normally charge you 10.9%.

We would reduce our profit margin by 60% on this order so we would
only make 2.84%, meaning if you wanted to place a credit card order we
would only charge you 5.84% for the order.

So we take our markup percentage, subtract our cost percentage, then
reduce the profit margin by 60%.

Lets look at another example. We charge about 5% for Western Union. We
have no fees associated with Western Union so 5% is all profit
margin.We would give you 60% off that 5% and only charge you 2%
instead

That would mean at our cost. For instance if you wanted to purchase with your credit card we would only charge you what our processor charges us with no markup.

I see it now. It looks like our CA isn't recognized by Firefox. There are no issues in Chrome, IE, or any other browsers we've tested. Thanks for pointing this out. We will begin the process of setting a new cert up now.

We currently have an SSL certificate in place. I don't seem to be having any issues here. Can you reply with what you're seeing so that we may forward it to our developer?

We're in the market for for a new design for http://www.quickbitcoins.net . We're wanting a heavily end-user-experience focused design to increase conversion rate and better help us build our brand image. We need a design which can convey the complexities of the purchasing process to the customer in a simple way that is easily understood by new users. We're looking for a lasting relationship which can be called upon and evolve with the needs of the business as we eventually modify our brand and expand into other markets.

A successful UXD/UED should be competent in these 4 core areas and ask themselves questions like these:

1) Information Architecture
    -What are users’ primary goals, and how can they achieve them using the application?
    -How do users get from place to place?
    -What rules exist that users have to work around?

2) Interaction Design
   -What layout pattern would work best?
   -Which features and information are of higher importance, and how do you draw users’ attention to them?
   -How can I draw on users’ intuition to get them to the next step?
   -What behaviors occur on dragging and dropping, on mouse over, and so on?

3) Usability Engineering
   -Am I able to place myself in the mindset of the user?
   -Can I maintain neutrality when conducting usability tests?

4) Visual Design
   -Can I effectively convey information on processes through the size, direction, texture, color,  shape, and the visual hierarchy of design objects?
   -Am I able to effectively use visual design to convey the brand?


Compensation is DOE. We're also a start-up in the (relatively) small Bitcoin ecosystem so in addition to traditional compensation we're looking for someone open to non-traditional compensation such as equity shares, lifetime preferential rates, references to additional employment projects, and so on.
